【摘要】：小區(qū)主入口作為居住小區(qū)構(gòu)成的重要部分,也是居住小區(qū)與城市之間的過(guò)渡空間。隨著住宅商品化的快速發(fā)展,居住小區(qū)主入口也隨著發(fā)生了重大變化,其功能從最初的單一到如今多元化并存的發(fā)展。本文對(duì)廣州市人口密度排名前八的地區(qū)的商品化住宅小區(qū)主入口進(jìn)行實(shí)地的調(diào)查,并以拍照、測(cè)繪、觀察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方式獲取相關(guān)信息,最后對(duì)調(diào)查后的資料進(jìn)行分析整理。文章共分為5個(gè)章節(jié),包括前言、相關(guān)概念及理論、居住小區(qū)主入口構(gòu)成要素及功能分析、案例調(diào)查和分析、主入口功能現(xiàn)狀出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及提升策略。本文首先對(duì)入口空間歷史淵源及演變進(jìn)行追溯,對(duì)中國(guó)與西方各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的入口空間與功能進(jìn)行總結(jié),然后對(duì)居住小區(qū)主入口空間給以界定,并對(duì)其構(gòu)成元素及功能這兩方面進(jìn)行全面的分類和研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)調(diào)查的居住小區(qū)的主入口功能現(xiàn)狀與居民對(duì)主入口功能滿意度進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。最后,文章結(jié)合調(diào)查的居住小區(qū)主入口功能現(xiàn)狀分析,得出滿意度較高的21世紀(jì)建設(shè)的廣州市小區(qū)主入口特征有:(1)主入口空間寬敞;(2)采用人車分流的交通組織方式;(3)設(shè)置視線開闊的門衛(wèi)室,安裝電子防御系統(tǒng);(4)標(biāo)識(shí)尺度恰當(dāng)、具有特色、位置醒目;(5)主入口風(fēng)格與小區(qū)整體景觀風(fēng)格相符,且適當(dāng)搭配軟質(zhì)與硬質(zhì)元素。分析和總結(jié)居住小區(qū)主入口功能現(xiàn)狀出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題:(1)交通功能包括非機(jī)動(dòng)車道的缺失及人行通道量少且空間小;(2)安全防御功能主要是門衛(wèi)室位置設(shè)置過(guò)于隱蔽;(3)標(biāo)識(shí)功能包括標(biāo)示意識(shí)不強(qiáng)烈、標(biāo)識(shí)位置及設(shè)計(jì)不當(dāng);(4)景觀功能包括設(shè)計(jì)尺度不協(xié)調(diào)及設(shè)計(jì)重視即時(shí)效果;(5)衍生功能的缺失。并對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出提升策略,目的是為我國(guó)今后居住小區(qū)主入口的功能設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)實(shí)踐提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of residential district, the main entrance of residential area is also the transition space between residential district and city. With the rapid development of residential commercialization, the main entrance of residential district has changed greatly. Its function has developed from the original single to the present diversification. This paper investigates the main entrance of the commercial residential district in the top eight areas of population density in Guangzhou, and takes pictures, maps and observations. The paper is divided into five chapters, including preface, related concepts and theories, main entrance elements and function analysis. Case investigation and analysis, main entrance function status quo problems and promotion strategy. Firstly, this paper traces the historical origin and evolution of entrance space, summarizes the entrance space and function of each historical period in China and the West. Then it defines the main entrance space of residential area, and makes a comprehensive classification and research on its constituent elements and functions. This paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the main entrance function of the residential district investigated and the satisfaction degree of the residents to the main entrance function. Finally, the article analyzes the current situation of the main entrance function of the residential district with the investigation. It is concluded that the characteristics of the main entrance of the Guangzhou district with higher satisfaction in the 21st century are: 1) the main entrance space is spacious, and 2) the traffic organization mode of diverging passengers and cars is adopted. (3) A door guard room with wide sight and an electronic defense system are installed. The marking scale is appropriate. The main entrance style is consistent with the overall landscape style of the district. Analysis and summary of the existing problems of main entrance function in residential area include lack of non-motorized lane, lack of pedestrian passageway and small space. 2) the main safety defense functions are as follows:. The door-guard room location setting is too covert.) the marking function includes not having a strong sense of marking. Location identification and improper design (4) Landscape functions include design scale incoordination and design emphasis on the absence of immediate effect / derivative function. The purpose is to provide a useful reference for the function design and construction practice of the main entrance of the residential district in China.
