【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,多數(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國家及部分發(fā)展中國家后工業(yè)時代到來。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生了巨大的變化,大型城市中第三產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸取代第二產(chǎn)業(yè)成為城市產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)。由于工業(yè)化過高、城市人口過密集以及城市的擴(kuò)張速度過快等問題的影響,原本在城市邊緣的廠區(qū),逐漸變成了“城中廠”,而“城中廠”由于環(huán)境等問題被迫搬遷或停產(chǎn),引起城市功能的空缺。因此必須盡快對該地區(qū)進(jìn)行保護(hù)和再利用。本文從實(shí)踐著手,通過首鋼這一典型案例嘗試將中國的“城中廠”后工業(yè)景觀問題加以疏解,進(jìn)行“城中廠”后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)問題的探索,并從城市、社會、場地等多方面進(jìn)行分析、探討,從宏觀到微觀尋找解決首鋼“城中廠”景觀問題的途經(jīng)。文章首先對首鋼北區(qū)一號、二號高爐片區(qū)的地理位置、歷史以及場地特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,明確首鋼搬遷對城市的影響,探尋首鋼場地閑置后內(nèi)部存在的問題。對國內(nèi)外后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,分析其設(shè)計(jì)思路,以此為前提,提出首鋼“城中廠”后工業(yè)景觀開發(fā)的四大策略,涵蓋“地”、“線”、“人”、“環(huán)境”,合理分配場地空間,增加游覽體驗(yàn),從而綜合指導(dǎo)“城中廠”后工業(yè)景觀與城市連接的理論與實(shí)踐。進(jìn)行理論分析之后,本文將理論成果與首鋼片區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合。對首鋼北區(qū)一號及二號高爐進(jìn)行深入設(shè)計(jì),最大限度的保留場地內(nèi)部的工業(yè)建筑的同時,著力解決場地與城市的關(guān)系,增加就業(yè)機(jī)會,并處理場地自身的矛盾,找到適合于首鋼“城中廠”問題解決的方案。通過設(shè)計(jì)及理論研究,窺探中國式“城中廠”景觀設(shè)計(jì)問題的解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the post-industrial era has come in most developed countries and some developing countries. Great changes have taken place in China's economy and industry. The tertiary industry in large cities is gradually replacing the secondary industry as the dominant part of the urban industry. Due to the problems of excessive industrialization, over-dense urban population and excessive speed of urban expansion, the tertiary industry was originally located in the factory area on the edge of the city. It has gradually become "the factory in the city", and the "factory in the city" has been forced to move or shut down because of the environmental problems, resulting in the vacancy of the function of the city. Therefore, it is necessary to protect and reuse the area as soon as possible. Through this typical case of Shougang, this paper attempts to solve the industrial landscape problems after "factory in city" in China, explores the design of industrial landscape after "factory in city", and analyzes and discusses from many aspects, such as city, society, site, etc. From macro to micro, this paper looks for a way to solve the landscape problem of Shougang's "Chengzhong Factory". Firstly, the article analyzes the geographical location, history and site characteristics of No.1 and No.2 blast furnace in North Shougang, and clarifies the influence of Shougang's relocation on the city. This paper probes into the problems existing in the interior of Shougang site after idling, studies the post-industrial landscape design at home and abroad, analyzes its design ideas, and puts forward four strategies for the development of industrial landscape after Shougang's "factory in the city". Covers "land", "line", "person", "environment", reasonably distributes the space of the site, increases the tour experience, thus synthetically instructs the theory and the practice of the industrial landscape and the city connection after "the factory in the city". In this paper, the theoretical results are combined with the design of Shougang sheet area. The first and second blast furnaces in North District of Shougang are designed in depth to maximize the preservation of industrial buildings inside the site, and at the same time, efforts are made to solve the relationship between the site and the city and to increase employment opportunities. Through the design and theoretical research, this paper explores the solution to the landscape design problem of the Chinese "in-city factory" by dealing with the contradiction of the site itself and finding a suitable solution to the problem of "in-city factory" in Shougang.
