基于可穿戴技術(shù)的信息處理與數(shù)據(jù)融合算法研究

【摘要】:隨著電子信息行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,智能可穿戴技術(shù)以其信息化、智能化、易攜帶等優(yōu)勢(shì)逐步走入人們的生活。無論是在醫(yī)療保健行業(yè)、還是在野外救援方面均有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。但是,目前國內(nèi)大部分可穿戴設(shè)備仍處于基礎(chǔ)研究階段,一些成形的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)含量不夠,并非用戶剛需,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格也虛高。 對(duì)此,本課題基于可穿戴技術(shù)的信息處理與數(shù)據(jù)融合算法,設(shè)計(jì)了一款完整的具有環(huán)境參數(shù)及人體生理參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)的可穿戴信息監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與服裝藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),打破了傳統(tǒng)服裝設(shè)計(jì)的局限性。同時(shí)采用無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)全面、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的布置監(jiān)測(cè)節(jié)點(diǎn),可將人們從線路復(fù)雜而受限制的有線設(shè)備中解脫出來,使佩戴者具有更高的活動(dòng)程度和靈活性。 本文運(yùn)用VS2010、.NET、SQL2008、IAR等軟件平臺(tái)等對(duì)系統(tǒng)的服裝體系架構(gòu)、心率采集模塊、上位機(jī)在線信息監(jiān)測(cè)等進(jìn)行了軟件和硬件方面的設(shè)計(jì)與信息處理;通過對(duì)加速度傳感器模塊三軸數(shù)據(jù)的分析,提出了不同的人體姿態(tài)判別算法。采用基于單一加速度傳感器的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值摔倒算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了人體摔倒的基本識(shí)別;針對(duì)猛然彎腰等運(yùn)動(dòng)所引起的誤判,提出了基于二次判斷的摔倒檢測(cè)算法;同時(shí)結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)融合理論提出了基于SVM分類算法的人體姿態(tài)識(shí)別算法,,從而為分類問題提供了良好的泛化能力。為降低噪聲對(duì)無線信號(hào)的干擾,本文采用了卡爾曼濾波算法對(duì)人體的不同姿態(tài)進(jìn)行了濾波處理,提高了判別的準(zhǔn)確度。 本文融合了信息管理平臺(tái)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)同時(shí)引入硬件控制平臺(tái)和串口通信技術(shù)對(duì)在線信息監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)各無線信息的實(shí)時(shí)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和用戶管理功能,達(dá)到了很好的預(yù)期效果。智能可穿戴設(shè)備作為智能終端產(chǎn)業(yè)下的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)已被廣泛接受,可穿戴設(shè)備必將帶動(dòng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展,開辟更加廣闊的市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic information industry, intelligent wearable technology has gradually entered people's life with its advantages of information, intelligence, easy to carry, whether in the medical care industry. However, most of the wearable devices in China are still in the basic research stage at present, some of the formed products are not enough technology content, not the rigid needs of users. The price of the product is also high. For this, this topic based on wearable technology information processing and data fusion algorithm. A wearable information monitoring system with environmental parameters and physiological parameters of human body is designed, which combines the advantages of wireless sensor network technology and clothing art design. At the same time, the wireless sensor network technology is used to lay out the monitoring nodes comprehensively, efficiently and economically, which can free people from the wired equipment with complex and restricted lines. To give the wearer a higher degree of activity and flexibility. In this paper, the clothing system architecture, heart rate acquisition module and other software platforms such as SQL 2008 IAR and VS2010 / Net are used. The software and hardware design and information processing are carried out on the on-line information monitoring of the host computer. Based on the analysis of triaxial data of acceleration sensor module, different human attitude discrimination algorithms are proposed, and the basic recognition of human fall is realized by using the experience value fall algorithm based on a single acceleration sensor. In view of the misjudgment caused by sudden bend motion, a fall detection algorithm based on second judgment is proposed. At the same time, combining with the data fusion theory, a human body attitude recognition algorithm based on SVM classification algorithm is proposed, which provides a good generalization ability for classification problems and reduces the interference of noise to wireless signals. In this paper, Kalman filter algorithm is used to filter human body's different postures, which improves the accuracy of discrimination. This paper combines the advantages of the information management platform and introduces the hardware control platform and serial communication technology to design the online information monitoring system. The function of real-time remote monitoring and user management of wireless information has been realized, and the expected effect has been achieved. As a hot spot under the intelligent terminal industry, intelligent wearable devices have been widely accepted. Wearable devices will certainly drive the development of the industry and open up a wider market.
