【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,大量棕地在我國(guó)涌現(xiàn)。隨之而來(lái)衍生一系列問題:大部分棕地受工業(yè)的影響,產(chǎn)生污染物,危害環(huán)境,限制場(chǎng)地開發(fā),威脅城市發(fā)展和社會(huì)健康。而對(duì)棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)的研究,有利于城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)棕地景觀的理論研究,以福州下洋造船廠棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)為實(shí)踐方案,探索一條棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)的程序方法和策略。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)在城市發(fā)展背景下,針對(duì)棕地存在的環(huán)境污染、開發(fā)難度大、工業(yè)痕跡明顯和文化缺失等問題,提出棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究的必要性。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外棕地景觀理論研究,歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,確定本文研究?jī)?nèi)容,向安全性、生態(tài)可持續(xù)性、文化性棕地景觀進(jìn)行談?wù)摗?3)通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的案例分析,總結(jié)案例的借鑒意義,為棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)提供實(shí)踐依據(jù)。(4)進(jìn)一步對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合自然理論,棕地再生理論進(jìn)行探究,并為福州下洋造船廠棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)理論基礎(chǔ)提供參考依據(jù)。(5)通過(guò)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展、案例分析和基礎(chǔ)理論的研究,提出棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)的程序和方法,包括:建立棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),制定棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)定位,提出棕地景觀應(yīng)該從4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行景觀設(shè)計(jì),包括:生態(tài)修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì),工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì),景觀空間設(shè)計(jì)和景觀文化,并提出具體設(shè)計(jì)方法和要點(diǎn)。(6)以理論和研究為基礎(chǔ),利用棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)福州下洋造船廠棕地景觀進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)。提出項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地以建設(shè)工業(yè)文化棕地景觀為項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo);以安全高效、生態(tài)開發(fā)、場(chǎng)所特色為設(shè)計(jì)原則;以"船廠的記憶"為項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)主題;以修復(fù)船廠基底,拼合船廠"記憶碎片",激活船廠記憶,升華船廠文化作為項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)策略。對(duì)福州下洋造船廠進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì),分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)和專項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)福州下洋造船廠項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證棕地景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法的可實(shí)施性,并為今后棕地景觀的建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and the adjustment of spatial structure, a large number of brown fields have emerged in China, and a series of problems have arisen: most brown fields are affected by industry, which produce pollutants and harm the environment. Restricted site development, threatening urban development and social health. And the study of brown landscape design is conducive to the sustainable development of the city. Taking the landscape design of Fuzhou Xianyang Shipyard as a practical project, this paper explores the procedure method and strategy of a brown landscape design. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) under the background of urban development. Aiming at the problems of environmental pollution, development difficulty, obvious industrial trace and cultural deficiency, the necessity of brown landscape design research is put forward, and the theoretical research on brown landscape at home and abroad is put forward. Summary of domestic and foreign research status, determine the content of this study, security, ecological sustainability, cultural brown landscape to talk about. 3) through the domestic and foreign excellent case analysis, summed up the case of reference significance. Provide practical basis for brown landscape design. 4) further explore the design combined with natural theory, brown land regeneration theory. And for Fuzhou Xianyang shipyard brown landscape design theoretical basis to provide a reference basis.) through the relevant research progress, case analysis and basic theory research, put forward the brown landscape design procedures and methods. Including: the establishment of brown landscape design objectives, the establishment of brown landscape design positioning, brown landscape should be from four aspects of landscape design, including: ecological restoration design, industrial heritage design. Landscape space design and landscape culture, and put forward specific design methods and key points based on the theory and research, the use of brown landscape design method, combined with the site status. The project design of the brown landscape of Fuzhou Xianyang Shipyard was carried out, and the project site was put forward to construct the industrial cultural brown landscape as the project design goal. Safety and efficiency, ecological development, site characteristics as the design principle; "shipyard memory" as the project design theme; The project design strategy is to repair the shipyard base, assemble the shipyard "memory fragment", activate the shipyard memory, and sublimate the shipyard culture as the project design strategy. Area design and special design. Through the design of Fuzhou Xianyang Shipyard Project, the feasibility of brown landscape design method is verified, and the reference is provided for the construction of brown landscape in the future.
