【摘要】：三亞旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,掀起濱海度假酒店興建的熱潮。海洋景觀、氣候條件、地域文化和濱海旅游人群的心理需求導(dǎo)致親水空間在濱海度假酒店中普遍應(yīng)用。以水為核心的親水空間影響著濱海度假酒店從宏觀、中觀到微觀的所有設(shè)計(jì)層面。處理好水體與濱海度假酒店場(chǎng)地的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、功能布局與水形態(tài)的關(guān)系、建筑與水景的關(guān)系(包括斷面比例、尺度、界面、場(chǎng)所精神營(yíng)造)及親水空間中水體、綠化、駁岸、設(shè)施的具體設(shè)計(jì),為客人營(yíng)造舒適宜人的親水場(chǎng)所是值得思考和解決的問題。針對(duì)以上問題,筆者將三亞濱海度假酒店親水空間設(shè)計(jì)作為研究課題,從使用者的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合理論學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)地調(diào)研,提出三亞濱海度假酒店親水空間設(shè)計(jì)策略和方法。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容分為三個(gè)部分、五個(gè)章節(jié):第一章是提出問題,分別闡述了研究的背景、對(duì)象和內(nèi)容、研究的目的和意義,并提出了研究框架。第二章、第三章是對(duì)問題進(jìn)行分析,首先對(duì)旅游和度假旅游、濱海度假酒店和三亞濱海度假酒店進(jìn)行概述。其次對(duì)親水空間的定義、分類和特點(diǎn)歸納總結(jié),形成對(duì)親水空間的初步認(rèn)識(shí),并在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納出親水空間在三亞濱海度假酒店中的作用。最后結(jié)合調(diào)研,指出當(dāng)前三亞濱海度假酒店親水空間存在的問題、設(shè)計(jì)影響因素和設(shè)計(jì)的三個(gè)層面。這一部分構(gòu)成了親水空間的研究基礎(chǔ)。第四章、第五章解決問題,首先從三亞濱海度假酒店規(guī)劃層面,建筑設(shè)計(jì)層面提出親水空間設(shè)計(jì)策略,然后從微觀出發(fā),論述親水空間在各個(gè)空間節(jié)點(diǎn)中的設(shè)計(jì)方法,從而構(gòu)成三亞濱海度假酒店親水空間設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)論述。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of tourism in Sanya has set off an upsurge in the construction of coastal resort hotels, marine landscape and climate conditions. Regional culture and the psychological needs of coastal tourists lead to the widespread use of hydrophilic space in coastal resort hotels. The hydrophilic space with water as the core affects the coastal resort hotels from the macro perspective. To the micro level of all the design. Deal with the water and the coastal resort site space structure, the relationship between the functional layout and water form, the relationship between architecture and water features (including cross-section ratio, scale, interface. The concrete design of water body, greening, barge, and facilities in the hydrophilic space is worth thinking and solving in order to create comfortable and pleasant hydrophilic place for guests. The author takes the hydrophilic space design of Sanya Binhai Resort Hotel as a research topic, from the perspective of users, combined with theoretical study and field research. The main content of this paper is divided into three parts, five chapters: the first chapter is to raise questions, respectively elaborated the background, objects and content of the study. The purpose and significance of the study, and put forward the research framework. Chapter two, chapter three is to analyze the problem, first of all, tourism and vacation tourism. Binhai Resort and Sanya Binhai Resort are summarized. Secondly, the definition, classification and characteristics of hydrophilic space are summarized, forming a preliminary understanding of hydrophilic space. And on this basis, concluded the role of hydrophilic space in the Sanya Binhai Resort. Finally, combined with the investigation, pointed out the existing problems of the hydrophilic space of the Sanya Binhai Holiday Hotel. Design factors and design of the three levels. This part of the hydrophilic space of the research foundation. 4th chapter, 5th chapter to solve the problem, first of all from the Sanya coastal resort planning level. The design strategy of hydrophilic space is put forward at the architectural design level, and then the design method of hydrophilic space in each space node is discussed from the micro point, thus constituting a systematic discussion of the hydrophilic space design of the Sanya Binhai Resort Hotel.
