禪宗機(jī)緣性會話中舉話意義生成機(jī)制的語言哲學(xué)考察

  本文的研究對象是禪宗公案機(jī)緣性會話中的舉話現(xiàn)象,具體歸類于“祖師禪”,也就是南宗禪法。祖師禪由禪宗初祖菩提達(dá)摩傳來,傳至六祖慧能以下五家七宗的禪法,是明心見性、教外別傳之禪法。祖師禪之修法,只在觀心本身上做功夫,主張教外別傳,注重師承;不立文字,強(qiáng)調(diào)頓悟。禪宗以無念為宗,無相為體,無住為本,應(yīng)無所住而生其心,因無分別心而熄滅妄想,得以真如觀自在。這一實(shí)質(zhì)表現(xiàn)在禪宗的語言文字上則為離名相,不立文字的活句,而對活句的理解亦需要以把握佛法實(shí)質(zhì)為前提。舉話現(xiàn)象是基于舉話人對公案活句的失敗意會而做出的轉(zhuǎn)述補(bǔ)救。通過舉話,舉話人意圖實(shí)現(xiàn)對公案活句中蘊(yùn)涵的佛法大義的體悟。本文的研究問題是舉話與禪宗機(jī)緣性會話的意義生成。本文從語言哲學(xué)角度考察舉話的意義生成,擬回答三個研究問題:1)禪師在禪宗機(jī)緣性會話中為了實(shí)現(xiàn)舉話,采取了哪些語言手段?2)在禪宗機(jī)緣性會話中,舉話承擔(dān)著怎樣的功能?這些功能又是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)的?3)為什么禪師在與徒弟進(jìn)行禪宗機(jī)緣性會話中,選擇并使用舉話這一策略?針對以上問題的探究,本文采用定性的研究方法。在緊扣禪宗言義觀“不立文字,不離文字”及禪宗直指人心、見性成佛的宗旨前提下,分析《祖堂集...
