【摘要】： 跨文化交際的歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長，但作為一門獨(dú)立學(xué)科則方興未艾。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者從不同角度對此進(jìn)行研究。本論文嘗試應(yīng)用關(guān)聯(lián)理論，從社會(huì)文化學(xué)和語用學(xué)的角度，通過對中英跨文化交際中的語用失誤現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析，探討語言語文化，語言與交際之間的關(guān)系，尋求實(shí)現(xiàn)有效言語交際，避免或減少由于母語語言習(xí)慣和本土文化負(fù)遷移而造成的語用失誤現(xiàn)象的途徑。 第一章概要介紹跨文化學(xué)的歷史淵源和現(xiàn)狀，以及對其定義和研究范圍的界定。通過對同文化與跨文化交際的差別進(jìn)行分析，探究影響跨文化交際的因素，闡釋跨文化交際的模式，并綜述國內(nèi)外對于跨文化交際，特別是言語交際中的沖突合失誤的研究。 第二章具體介紹語用失誤的范疇的研究對象，澄清語用失誤和語言錯(cuò)誤的區(qū)別，并從語言語用失誤和社交語語用失誤方面分別闡釋語用失誤的現(xiàn)象。 第三章分別從語言，文化，思維方式，語言習(xí)得的角度分析造成語用失誤的主要原因—語用遷移。指出母語語言習(xí)慣和本土文化負(fù)遷移對跨文化交際的影響。 以下兩章分別從語言語境和文化語境的角度介紹語用失誤現(xiàn)象。交際是一個(gè)解碼和推論結(jié)合的動(dòng)態(tài)的過程，交際活動(dòng)的理解和生成取決于對語言和文化語境的充分理解，對任何語境缺乏了解都會(huì)導(dǎo)致語用失誤。第四章從宏觀角度對造成語用失誤的原因進(jìn)行分析。此部分主要從語言語境入手，分析字、詞、句、篇章中存在的中英語用差異。 第五章從文化語境角度分析造成語用失誤的原因。從七個(gè)方面分析，在強(qiáng)勢語境和弱勢語境中(以中英文化為代表)詳細(xì)地分析地理、歷史、宗教、習(xí)俗、態(tài)度和世界觀、思維方式、價(jià)值觀、面子系統(tǒng)等因素對語境的影響，，各因素或多或少影響教向交際的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 在上述第四、第五兩章的基礎(chǔ)上，第六章從微觀角度，結(jié)合上兩章的分析結(jié)果，對在恭維語、道歉和致謝、詢問、關(guān)心、稱呼語等言語行為中出 哈爾濱工程大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 現(xiàn)的語用失誤進(jìn)行具體分析。并揭示語用失誤的主要原因是由于母語和本土 文化負(fù)遷移所致。 第七章探討避免語用失誤的途徑，指出應(yīng)在第二語言習(xí)得的過程中增 強(qiáng)文化意識(shí)，避免文化定勢，從語言能力、交際能力、文化能力、社交語 言能力及策略能力方面培養(yǎng)綜合的跨文化交際能力，以適應(yīng)多元文化的要 求。
