【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)言文字法與新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)的語(yǔ)言文字工作條例，現(xiàn)代維吾爾文學(xué)語(yǔ)言正字法的頒布施行，語(yǔ)言文字的社會(huì)應(yīng)用問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。雖然我國(guó)語(yǔ)言文字工作在社會(huì)和各族人民的共同努力下取得了顯著成績(jī)，但當(dāng)前社會(huì)仍不同程度存在著用字不規(guī)范現(xiàn)象。這種現(xiàn)象在社會(huì)上不僅產(chǎn)生了引發(fā)誤解、語(yǔ)言文字使用秩序混亂、影響城市形象、降低城市文化品味等現(xiàn)象，而且給各民族工作、生活、學(xué)習(xí)和交往帶來(lái)諸多不便，損害了語(yǔ)言文字正常使用和健康發(fā)展。對(duì)各類(lèi)牌匾中社會(huì)用字不規(guī)范現(xiàn)象調(diào)查研究所取得的成果，在深化使用語(yǔ)言文字研究的內(nèi)涵，拓展政府制定民族語(yǔ)言政策的思路，促進(jìn)語(yǔ)言文字規(guī)范化以及語(yǔ)言文字正常健康發(fā)展等方面都具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本論文從描寫(xiě)語(yǔ)言學(xué)、社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)、廣告學(xué)、民族學(xué)等多學(xué)科角度，擬在對(duì)喀什市的四大街道各類(lèi)牌匾進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)各類(lèi)牌匾中維吾爾語(yǔ)文和漢語(yǔ)文使用包括其特點(diǎn)、趨勢(shì)、帶來(lái)消極影響作出評(píng)估、歸納及分析。本文以“喀什市主要四大街道”為調(diào)查對(duì)象，利用實(shí)地調(diào)查、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、個(gè)人訪談等調(diào)查方法，全面分析了喀什市四大街道的1000多張牌匾照片，統(tǒng)計(jì)出了在這些牌匾中社會(huì)用字規(guī)范程度，并通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù)，找到解決這些問(wèn)題的辦法，為民族語(yǔ)言文字的規(guī)范使用提出合理化建議，同時(shí)向政府有關(guān)部門(mén)提供維漢語(yǔ)言文字規(guī)范方面的決策依據(jù)。 本文由七章組成:第一章介紹論文目的與意義，有關(guān)此研究國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，研究思路與以及社會(huì)用字資料的搜集等；第二章主要論述了牌匾及其分類(lèi)，牌匾社會(huì)用字，，對(duì)這些牌匾社會(huì)用字進(jìn)行調(diào)查，探討牌匾社會(huì)用字的狀況；第三章詳細(xì)論述了喀什市四大街道牌匾中社會(huì)用字出現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題，翻譯問(wèn)題與違反語(yǔ)言文字法律法規(guī)問(wèn)題，并以典型的圖片與圖標(biāo)形式表現(xiàn)出的問(wèn)題，分類(lèi)與出現(xiàn)的頻率等；第四章主要論述了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與采訪而得到的資料，剖析群眾對(duì)牌匾社會(huì)用字的態(tài)度；第五章詳細(xì)論述了牌匾社會(huì)用字問(wèn)題的影響，憲法與法律法規(guī)中相關(guān)規(guī)定等內(nèi)容；第六章闡述了作者的建議、解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和方法；第七章為總結(jié)及并對(duì)今后研究工作的展望。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation and implementation of the national general language and writing law and the regulations of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, people pay more and more attention to the social application of language and writing. Although the work of language and writing in our country has made remarkable achievements with the joint efforts of the society and the people of all nationalities, there is still a phenomenon of irregularity in the use of characters in different degrees in the current society. This phenomenon not only leads to misunderstanding in the society, disorder in the use of language and characters, affects the image of the city, lowers the cultural taste of the city, but also brings much inconvenience to all ethnic groups in their work, life, study and communication. It has damaged the normal use and healthy development of language and characters. The results of the investigation and research on the non-standard phenomenon of social characters in various kinds of plaques have deepened the connotation of the research on the use of language and characters, and expanded the thinking of the government in formulating the national language policy. It is of great value to promote the standardization of language and the normal and healthy development of language and characters. This thesis, from the perspective of descriptive linguistics, sociolinguistics, advertising, ethnology, etc., intends to carry out on-the-spot investigation of all kinds of plaques in the four major streets of Kashgar City. The use of Uyghur language and Chinese language in all kinds of plaques, including its characteristics, trends, and negative effects, are assessed, summarized and analyzed. Taking "the four main streets of Kashgar City" as the object of investigation, this paper analyzes more than 1000 plaque photographs of the four main streets of Kashgar City by means of field survey, questionnaire survey, personal interview and other survey methods. The standard degree of social characters in these plaques is counted, and through the analysis of data, the solutions to these problems are found, and reasonable suggestions for the normative use of national languages and characters are put forward. At the same time to the relevant government departments to provide the decision-making basis of Uyghur and Chinese language norms. This paper consists of seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the paper, about the current situation of this research at home and abroad, research ideas and the collection of social characters data and so on; The second chapter mainly discusses the plaque and its classification, the social characters of the plaque, the investigation of the social characters of these plaques, and discusses the situation of the social characters of the plaque. The third chapter discusses in detail the language problems, translation problems and violations of the laws and regulations of the social characters in the four major street plaques in Kashgar City, and the problems expressed in the form of typical pictures and icons, the classification and the frequency of occurrence, etc. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the data obtained from the questionnaire investigation and interview, analyzes the attitude of the masses to the plaque social characters, the fifth chapter discusses in detail the influence of the plaque social characters, the relevant provisions in the constitution and laws and regulations, and so on. The sixth chapter expounds the author's suggestions, the countermeasures and methods to solve the problems, and the seventh chapter summarizes and looks forward to the future research work.
