【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、對(duì)外交流的頻繁，漢語(yǔ)越來(lái)越引起了世界的重視，漢語(yǔ)教育也進(jìn)入了漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣的新階段。在此期間，我國(guó)的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)事業(yè)有了重大的發(fā)展，全球的孔子學(xué)院數(shù)目，，學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)人數(shù)都有了大幅度增長(zhǎng)，漢語(yǔ)教師的培養(yǎng)和派出工作更加規(guī)范，國(guó)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了大批與漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣相關(guān)的文章和研究成果。相對(duì)于對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)，漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣工作在漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的教學(xué)對(duì)象、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容等等方面都有了新的變化，同時(shí)也對(duì)漢語(yǔ)教師提出了新的能力要求。為了解決目前解決當(dāng)今緊缺的漢語(yǔ)教師師資問(wèn)題國(guó)家漢辦與2004年正式開(kāi)展?jié)h語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展的八年來(lái)國(guó)家漢辦向全球派出了大量?jī)?yōu)秀的志愿者教師，志愿者的選拔、派出的一系列工作也逐漸正規(guī)化。河北大學(xué)成立于1921年，至今已建校90周年，有著良好的國(guó)際交流傳統(tǒng)和漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)傳統(tǒng)。在漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣的新時(shí)期中河北大學(xué)也緊跟時(shí)代步伐積極開(kāi)展相關(guān)工作。其中漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目即為河北大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣的重要工作之一。本文從漢語(yǔ)國(guó)推廣的大背景出發(fā)，分析當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下海外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的新特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)志愿者教師的能力的新需求，并據(jù)此對(duì)河北大學(xué)近年來(lái)所開(kāi)展的漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了由人才培養(yǎng)到志愿者歸國(guó)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)總結(jié)，同時(shí)展望河北大學(xué)志愿者項(xiàng)目今后的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和方向。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy and frequent foreign exchanges, Chinese has attracted more and more attention in the world, and Chinese education has entered a new stage of international promotion of Chinese. During this period, the cause of Chinese teaching in China has made great progress. The number of Confucius Institutes and the number of Chinese learning students all over the world have greatly increased, and the training and dispatch of Chinese teachers have become more standardized. There are a large number of articles and research results related to the international promotion of Chinese in China. Compared with the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, the international promotion of Chinese has made new changes in the teaching objects, teaching methods, teaching contents and other aspects of Chinese teaching. At the same time, it also puts forward new ability requirements for Chinese teachers. In order to solve the problem of current shortage of Chinese teachers, the State Hanban has sent a large number of excellent volunteer teachers to the world in the past eight years, in order to solve the problem of the shortage of Chinese teachers and the official launching of the Chinese teacher volunteer program in 2004. The selection of volunteers, the dispatch of a series of work is also gradually regularized. Hebei University, founded in 1921, has been founded 90 years ago. It has a good tradition of international exchange and Chinese teaching. In the new era of international promotion of Chinese, Hebei University also keeps up with the pace of the times to actively carry out related work. Among them, the Chinese teacher volunteer project is one of the important work in the international promotion of Chinese in Hebei University. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of overseas Chinese teaching under the current situation and the new demand for the ability of volunteer teachers, starting from the background of the promotion of the Chinese language countries. On the basis of this, this paper makes a systematic summary of the Chinese teacher volunteer project carried out by Hebei University in recent years, from talent training to volunteer return to the country. At the same time, it looks forward to the future development goal and direction of Hebei University volunteer project.
