【摘要】：外語從多方面影響國家安全,其影響分為積極影響、消極影響。外語對國家安全的影響表現(xiàn)在外語作為傳播交流的工具的影響,以及外語本體對國家安全的影響。這些影響既有傳統(tǒng)安全領(lǐng)域的影響,也有文化安全、語言安全等非傳統(tǒng)安全領(lǐng)域的影響。為了充分發(fā)揮外語對于國家安全的積極影響、減少消極影響,中國應(yīng)該重視外語在國家安全中的地位與作用,對外應(yīng)該加強世界主要媒體的輿情研究與介入,對內(nèi)應(yīng)該加強基于外語的國家軟實力建設(shè)和外語高層次人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Foreign languages affect national security in many ways, which can be divided into positive and negative effects. The influence of foreign language on national security is manifested in the influence of foreign language as a means of communication and the influence of foreign language ontology on national security. These influences not only affect the traditional security field, but also influence the cultural security, language security and other non-traditional security fields. In order to give full play to the positive impact of foreign languages on national security and reduce the negative impact, China should attach importance to the status and role of foreign languages in national security, and foreign countries should strengthen the research and intervention of public opinion in the major media of the world. We should strengthen the construction of national soft power based on foreign language and the cultivation of high-level foreign language talents.
