足球報道中的隱喻研究

【摘要】:認知語言學(xué)是近幾十年發(fā)展起來的新型語言學(xué)流派,該學(xué)科基于人類對萬事萬物的感知和經(jīng)驗。從認知語言學(xué)的角度出發(fā),普遍認為隱喻不僅是語言的表達形式,更重要的是它是一種人們普遍的認知方式;是人類以某一熟悉的事物去認識、理解和表達另一事物的過程,是概念性的。 隱喻不是一種語言的表面現(xiàn)象,而是一種人類深層次的認知機制,他把隱喻定義為“用一種事物來理解另一種事物”。隱喻組織我們的思想,使得語言結(jié)構(gòu)化,從而具有巨大的語言生成能力。 而語言隱喻實際上是概念隱喻在語言中的體現(xiàn),也就是說人類首先在概念上的將一個范疇隱喻化為另一個范疇,然后才有語言中將一個詞語隱喻化為另一個詞語的現(xiàn)象。隱喻作為認知手段,因為其系統(tǒng)性,一個概念隱喻產(chǎn)生后會生發(fā)出大量的、并且彼此和諧的語言表達,而不同的隱喻概念又共同構(gòu)成一個協(xié)調(diào)一致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,影響著我們的語言和思維。 本文基于認知語言學(xué)中概念隱喻理論,從隱喻的認知構(gòu)建角度,通過對大量來自《足球》報紙的語料進行篩選、分類,試圖以此來分析足球報道中的隱喻現(xiàn)象。從內(nèi)容上分類,,語料當中的概念隱喻主要分成戰(zhàn)爭隱喻、自然現(xiàn)象隱喻、旅程隱喻、建筑隱喻和權(quán)力場隱喻。通過對這些隱喻的認知構(gòu)建的分析和解釋,總結(jié)出概念隱喻在足球報道中發(fā)揮的作用,構(gòu)成足球報道的問題特征要素、提升作者和讀者之間的互動性、增強趣味性、表達作者的感情傾向,最重要的反映出了人們對足球最主要的印象:暴力、狂熱、激烈對抗和殘酷的競爭。
[Abstract]:Cognitive linguistics is a new linguistic school developed in recent decades, which is based on human perception and experience of everything. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, it is generally believed that metaphor is not only a form of expression of language, but more importantly, it is a universal way of cognition. The process of understanding, and expressing one thing in a familiar way is conceptual. Metaphor is not a superficial phenomenon of language, but a deep cognitive mechanism of human beings. He defines metaphor as "understanding one thing with another". Metaphor organizes our thoughts and makes language structured, thus having a great ability of language generation. In fact, linguistic metaphor is the embodiment of conceptual metaphor in language. That is to say, people first conceptually transform one category metaphor into another category, and then there is a phenomenon that one word metaphor is transformed into another word in language. Metaphor as a cognitive means, because of its systematic, a conceptual metaphor will produce a large number of, and harmonious language expression, and different metaphorical concepts together constitute a coordinated network system. It affects our language and our thinking. Based on the Conceptual metaphor Theory in Cognitive Linguistics, this paper tries to analyze the metaphorical phenomena in football reports by selecting and classifying a large number of corpus from the newspaper of Football from the perspective of cognitive construction of metaphor. In terms of content, conceptual metaphors are classified into war metaphors, natural phenomena metaphors, journey metaphors, architectural metaphors and power field metaphors. Through the analysis and explanation of the cognitive construction of these metaphors, this paper summarizes the role of conceptual metaphors in football reporting, constitutes the characteristic elements of football reports, promotes the interaction between the author and the readers, and enhances the interest. Expressing the author's emotional tendencies, the most important reflection of the people's most important impression of football: violence, fanaticism, fierce confrontation and cruel competition.
