【摘要】：隨著科技的快速發(fā)展，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)受到了與日俱增的關(guān)注。專利是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的方式之一，其定義為國家在一定時期內(nèi)授予發(fā)明人或其權(quán)利繼受者在一段時間內(nèi)獨(dú)占使用其發(fā)明創(chuàng)造的權(quán)利。當(dāng)下信息技術(shù)進(jìn)入其蓬勃發(fā)展期，與之相關(guān)的發(fā)明及創(chuàng)新雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)。如果發(fā)明人希望其發(fā)明受到保護(hù)，就必須向國家有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)提交專利申請，更進(jìn)一步，，如果發(fā)明人希望其發(fā)明在其他國家也受到保護(hù)，那就必須向世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織提交專利申請，而在這個過程中，發(fā)明人需要提交專利申請的英文版本，因此專利翻譯的作用舉足輕重。 本報告基于筆者在北京如文思科技信息咨詢有限公司的翻譯實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，采用騰訊科技公司的專利申請，尤其是有關(guān)信息安全的申請作為范例，力圖給出有關(guān)IT專利的翻譯策略。為了提高IT專利翻譯的質(zhì)量，本報告詳細(xì)闡述了此次任務(wù)，任務(wù)目的，任務(wù)過程以及案例分析。在案例分析中，本報告以跨界映射理論為指導(dǎo)，借助從IT專利選取的范例試圖從詞法層面、句法層面和專利翻譯領(lǐng)域的慣用表達(dá)以及相關(guān)專利法律對IT專利翻譯進(jìn)行研究。翻譯專利時，譯者應(yīng)該采取相應(yīng)的翻譯策略，比如尤其要注意復(fù)雜句的理解、冠詞的使用、表達(dá)邏輯和相關(guān)法律的翻譯。筆者希望本報告提供的基于跨界映射理論的翻譯策略能夠指導(dǎo)IT專利翻譯，從而讓攻讀翻譯碩士的學(xué)生以及對專利翻譯有興趣的譯者受益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, intellectual property protection has received increasing attention. Patent is one of the ways to protect intellectual property rights, which is defined as the right that the state grants the inventor or the successor the right to use his invention in a certain period of time. Information technology has entered a period of vigorous development, and related inventions and innovations have sprung up. If the inventor wishes his invention to be protected, he must submit a patent application to the relevant State agency, and further, if the inventor wishes his invention to be protected in other countries, It is necessary to file a patent application with the World intellectual property Organization, and in the process, the inventor needs to submit the English version of the patent application, so patent translation plays an important role. Based on the experience of translation practice in Beijing Rufensi Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd., this report uses the patent application of Tencent Science and Technology Company, especially the application about information security, as an example, and tries to give the translation strategy of IT patent. To improve the quality of IT patent translation, this report details the mission, mission purpose, task process, and case analysis. Under the guidance of cross-border mapping theory, this report attempts to study IT patent translation from lexical level, syntactic level, patent translation domain and relevant patent laws. In patent translation, the translator should adopt corresponding translation strategies, such as the understanding of complex sentences, the use of articles, the translation of expressive logic and relevant laws. The author hopes that the translation strategy based on the cross-border mapping theory provided in this report can guide the IT patent translation, so that the students studying for the Master of Translation and the translators who are interested in patent translation can benefit.
