【摘要】：目前對(duì)模糊語言學(xué)以及公文模糊語言的研究已經(jīng)有了可觀的成果,但是由于公文種類的繁多,尤其是廣義公文更是涉及到政協(xié)、人大、軍事、行政等多系統(tǒng)的各種公文體式,難免會(huì)有很多方面都沒有研究到,本篇碩士論文就試圖以《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》(中國法制出版社,2005)為語料,并以現(xiàn)代漢語知識(shí)作為支撐,對(duì)公文尤其是《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》中出現(xiàn)的模糊詞語進(jìn)行分類、分析,并重點(diǎn)對(duì)其中表能愿的模糊詞語進(jìn)行分析研究。 本文共分四章。 第一章和第二章是對(duì)模糊詞語在《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》中的運(yùn)用和其中表能愿的模糊詞語的概述。第一章主要論述了公文中的模糊詞語、《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》的模糊詞語及其特點(diǎn)以及《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》中模糊詞語的類型三部分內(nèi)容。第二章包括了能愿動(dòng)詞概述、《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》中表能愿的模糊詞語存在的必然性及其特點(diǎn)以及表能愿的模糊詞語在《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》中出現(xiàn)的數(shù)量的統(tǒng)計(jì)。 第三章是本文的重點(diǎn)。以《公務(wù)員法配套規(guī)定》為語料,主要針對(duì)其中表能愿的模糊詞語進(jìn)行分析。在對(duì)表能愿的模糊詞語進(jìn)行分析時(shí),主要選取了“應(yīng)當(dāng)(應(yīng))”和“可以(可)”兩個(gè)詞語進(jìn)行了深入分析,介紹了“應(yīng)當(dāng)(應(yīng))”和“可以(可)”的相關(guān)解釋、模糊性分析以及語用功能,并對(duì)這兩個(gè)詞語的用法進(jìn)行了比較。通過對(duì)這兩個(gè)詞語的分析研究,更加全面地反映出了表能愿的模糊詞語的用法和意義。 第四章是本文的結(jié)語。總結(jié)了在公文中要恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用表能愿的模糊詞語。
[Abstract]:At present, there have been considerable achievements in the study of fuzzy linguistics and the fuzzy language of public documents. However, because of the various kinds of official documents, especially the broad public documents are involved in various systems of public documents, such as the people's Political Consultative Conference, the people's Congress, the military, the administration and so on, there will be no study in many aspects. The relevant provisions of the law (China's legal publishing house, 2005), as the corpus, and the knowledge of modern Chinese as the support, are classified and analyzed in the public documents, especially in the provisions of the civil service law, and are analyzed and analyzed.
This article is divided into four chapters.
The first chapter and the second chapter are the introduction of fuzzy words in the application of the civil service law supporting regulations and the fuzzy words which can be willing. The first chapter mainly discusses the fuzzy words in the official documents, the fuzzy words and their characteristics of the civil service law supporting regulations and the three parts of the types of fuzzy words in the civil service law supporting rules. The second chapter includes the summary of the verb of hope, the inevitability and characteristics of the existence of fuzzy words and expressions in the civil service law supporting regulations, as well as the statistics of the number of fuzzy words and expressions that can be willing to appear in the provisions of the civil service law.
The third chapter is the focus of this article. Taking the supplementary provisions of the civil service law as the corpus, it mainly aims at the analysis of the fuzzy words which can be willing. In the analysis of the fuzzy words and expressions that can be willing, we mainly choose the two words "ought to" and "can", and introduce the "ought (should)" and "can" (can). The related explanation, fuzzy analysis and pragmatic function are compared, and the usage of the two words is compared. Through the analysis and study of the two words, the usage and significance of the vague words that can be hoped are more fully reflected.
The fourth chapter is the conclusion of this article. It summarizes the proper use of fuzzy words that can be expressed in official documents.
