【摘要】：公文寫(xiě)作是一門(mén)年輕的學(xué)科,與其他傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科相比,公文寫(xiě)作的理論體系仍在進(jìn)一步的探索和完善的過(guò)程中。過(guò)于強(qiáng)調(diào)公文的莊重性、權(quán)威性帶來(lái)了一些負(fù)面影響,導(dǎo)致公文刻板、枯燥,忽略了寫(xiě)作規(guī)律中“作者”、“作品”、“讀者”之間的情感推動(dòng)和相互作用。在表達(dá)上,過(guò)分注重公文語(yǔ)言的明晰性,忽視多種表達(dá)技巧在表達(dá)效果和語(yǔ)境中的巧妙運(yùn)用,不利于公文語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)力的提升。 基于公文寫(xiě)作與實(shí)踐高度的貼合,公文寫(xiě)作的研究不得不突破既有的理論框架,尋求更好地服務(wù)于實(shí)踐的切合點(diǎn)。本文共分為三章,第一章論述公文寫(xiě)作應(yīng)遵守的基本規(guī)范,分析規(guī)范性與靈活性的辯證關(guān)系。接下兩章以公文寫(xiě)作的靈活性為切入點(diǎn),分為兩大部分,第二章論述公文寫(xiě)作的情感性,分析應(yīng)用文歸類(lèi)之下公文情感地位的尷尬；公文情感存在的合理性；公文情感與文學(xué)情感的辨析及公文情感的表現(xiàn)途徑。第三章論述公文語(yǔ)言的模糊性,論述了公文模糊語(yǔ)言存在的合理性；公文模糊語(yǔ)言與表達(dá)模糊的甄別；公文模糊語(yǔ)言的價(jià)值及公文模糊語(yǔ)言的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。尋求在公文語(yǔ)言明晰清楚的原則下適當(dāng)?shù)仂`活運(yùn)用“模糊語(yǔ)言”的合理性。 本文在實(shí)例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒中國(guó)古代寫(xiě)作學(xué)等學(xué)科的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),以理論分析和實(shí)例論證相結(jié)合的方式,按照理論依據(jù)——價(jià)值功用——分類(lèi)辨析——實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑的思路對(duì)主要觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述。期望公文的情感性和公文語(yǔ)言模糊性在公文寫(xiě)作中的研究?jī)r(jià)值得到重視。
[Abstract]:Official document writing is a young subject. Compared with other traditional disciplines, the theoretical system of official document writing is still in the process of further exploration and improvement. Too much emphasis on the seriousness of official documents, authority has brought some negative effects, leading to official documents stereotype, boring, ignoring the "author", "works", "readers" between the emotional promotion and interaction. In the aspect of expression, too much attention is paid to the clarity of the official document language, and the skillful application of many expression techniques in the expression effect and context is not conducive to the improvement of the expressive power of the official document language. Based on the close relationship between official document writing and practice, the research of official document writing has to break through the existing theoretical framework and seek to better serve the relevant points of practice. This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the basic norms of official document writing and analyzes the dialectical relationship between normality and flexibility. The next two chapters take the flexibility of official document writing as the breakthrough point, divided into two parts. The second chapter discusses the affective of official document writing, analyzes the embarrassment of the affective status of official document under the classification of applied writing, the rationality of the existence of official document emotion; The analysis of official document emotion and literature emotion and the expression way of official document emotion. The third chapter discusses the fuzziness of the official document language, discusses the rationality of the existence of the official document fuzzy language, the discrimination between the official document fuzzy language and the expression ambiguity, the value of the official document fuzzy language and the realization way of the official document fuzzy language. Seeking the rationality of using vague language properly and flexibly under the principle of clarity and clarity of official document language. On the basis of case analysis, this paper draws lessons from relevant theoretical knowledge of ancient Chinese writing science and combines theoretical analysis with case study. The main points of view are discussed according to the theoretical basis-value function-classification discrimination-realization way. It is expected that the affective nature of official documents and the fuzziness of official documents will be paid more attention to in the study of official documents writing.
