上海部分高校來華留學(xué)生社交圈情況調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:自1950年接受第一批東歐的留學(xué)生開始,我國的留學(xué)生教育取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。留學(xué)生教育也在結(jié)構(gòu)層次、辦學(xué)規(guī)模等方面取得了巨大的成果。但來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問題也隨著留學(xué)生人數(shù)的急劇增長(zhǎng)及新的教育形勢(shì)而日益突出。 雖然對(duì)來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)研究正在受到學(xué)界越來越多的關(guān)注,但相關(guān)研究起步較晚,目前的研究主要基于跨文化心理學(xué)、跨文化交際學(xué)和比較教育學(xué)等視角,多以宏觀的政策研究或某一國別留學(xué)生的具體問題研究為主,從社會(huì)學(xué)角度來研究來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問題比較鮮見。人除了是自然的個(gè)體,更是社會(huì)的一員。對(duì)于留學(xué)生來說,如何建立健康的社會(huì)交往圈,幫助自己在不同于本國文化的環(huán)境中盡快適應(yīng),從而順利實(shí)現(xiàn)留學(xué)目標(biāo)也是至關(guān)重要的。 本文在前人對(duì)于留學(xué)生“跨文化適應(yīng)”研究的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了上海部分高校學(xué)習(xí)漢語的留學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以問卷調(diào)查為主及個(gè)別訪談為補(bǔ)充的形式采集了這些學(xué)生社會(huì)交往圈情況的數(shù)據(jù)并記錄了相關(guān)情況,,從國別、性別、漢語程度等角度對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。 調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果顯示來華留學(xué)生的社會(huì)交往圈的確與留學(xué)生來華后的跨文化適應(yīng)情況相關(guān)。不同的社會(huì)文化交往圈對(duì)于跨文化適應(yīng)的影響各異。來華留學(xué)生整體跨文化適應(yīng)程度中等,歐美學(xué)生的整體適應(yīng)性最好,日、韓留學(xué)生中特別是女性初級(jí)漢語水平學(xué)習(xí)者對(duì)于本國人組成社交圈依賴感最強(qiáng),來華留學(xué)生普遍存在結(jié)識(shí)中國朋友困難的問題,對(duì)學(xué)校部分工作的滿意程度偏低;谝陨系姆治鼋Y(jié)果,筆者提出了改善來華留學(xué)生社交圈的建議,希望能夠引起學(xué)校及教師們更多的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Since 1950 the first batch of accepted students in Eastern Europe, overseas education in our country has achieved great development. The education of overseas students in the hierarchy, the scale has made great achievements. But the students cross cultural adaptation problems as a sharp increase in the number of students and the new educational situation and more outstanding.
Although the study of intercultural adaptation are attracted more and more attention to foreign students, but the research started late, the current study is mainly based on the cross cultural psychology, cross-cultural communication and comparative education from the point of view, to study specific issues macro policy research or a country not students. From the perspective of sociology students study in cross-cultural adaptation problem is uncommon. Besides is a natural individual, is a member of the society. For the students, how to establish a healthy social circle, help yourself to as soon as possible in the different national culture environment, and realize the goal of studying abroad is also very important.
Based on the previous basis for students' intercultural adaptation research on selected students in some colleges and universities in Shanghai to learn Chinese as the research object, mainly by questionnaire survey and individual interview form to supplement the collection of these students' social communication circle data and record the relevant circumstances, from the country, gender, Chinese the degree of angle to analyze these data.
The survey data show that foreign students social circle indeed and cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China. Different social and cultural communication circle influence on cross-cultural adaptation of international students in China are different. The whole cross cultural adaptation is moderate, the overall adaptability of European and American students, the best students in Korea, especially women primary Chinese learners for their people social circle depend on the strongest sense, foreign students make friends China common difficult problem, degree of satisfaction with school work is low. Based on the above analysis results, the author put forward to improve students social circle suggestions, hope to attract more attention of schools and teachers who.
