市場視角下的翻譯碩士(MTI)培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:應(yīng)翻譯市場對(duì)人才的需求,我國近年來一直在加大力度培養(yǎng)翻譯人才。翻譯碩士專業(yè)(MTI)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛。可是,,根據(jù)觀察,翻譯市場的人才緊缺并未在MTI迅猛發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭下有多少緩解。本文推測(cè),現(xiàn)實(shí)與專業(yè)設(shè)立初衷之間產(chǎn)生矛盾的原因就在于MTI人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不能滿足市場需求。在翻譯教學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,如何提高M(jìn)TI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成了重點(diǎn)探討的問題,但大多探討集中在翻譯教學(xué)領(lǐng)域,少有從市場角度為提高M(jìn)TI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量做出觀察。為嘗試彌補(bǔ)該研究方向的空缺并證實(shí)上述推測(cè),本文以翻譯市場為突破口,通過市場調(diào)查,向市場討教提升翻譯人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的方法,以期從市場這一全新角度為提升MTI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量找尋行之有效的建議。 市場調(diào)查的過程艱難曲折,但得出的結(jié)果是極具價(jià)值的。本次市場調(diào)查的結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了本文對(duì)現(xiàn)階段MTI培養(yǎng)無法滿足市場需求的原因推測(cè),而且還就如何提升MTI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的問題引出了新的思考。本文基于對(duì)翻譯市場調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,就提升MTI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量方面,向MTI培養(yǎng)院校提出三個(gè)建議:1、提升MTI培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)性;2、考慮學(xué)生、市場及MTI培養(yǎng)院校的機(jī)會(huì)成本;3、為學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯盡職盡責(zé)。本文對(duì)此三點(diǎn)建議做出了詳細(xì)論述,覆蓋了MTI培養(yǎng)院校、翻譯市場及學(xué)生三個(gè)角度,涉及師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、課程設(shè)置、“第二課堂”、入學(xué)考試、入學(xué)后的考試評(píng)估、MTI培養(yǎng)的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及實(shí)習(xí)等方面。 在提升翻譯培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量這一熱點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域,本文另辟蹊徑,從市場視角看待MTI培養(yǎng),不僅論證了翻譯市場對(duì)MTI培養(yǎng)的重要性,也為提升MTI培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的研究走出了一條新路子。
[Abstract]:In response to the demand for talents in the translation market, China has been increasing its efforts to train translators in recent years.Translation Master's major MTI) emerges as the times require, the development momentum is swift and violent.However, according to observation, the talent shortage in the translation market has not been eased by the rapid development of MTI.This paper speculated that the contradiction between reality and the original intention of professional establishment lies in the fact that the quality of MTI talent training can not meet the market demand.In the field of translation teaching and research, how to improve the quality of MTI cultivation has become a key issue, but most of the discussions focused on the field of translation teaching, few from the market point of view to improve the quality of MTI training.In order to try to make up for the lack of the research direction and to confirm the above speculation, this paper takes the translation market as the breakthrough point, through the market investigation, discusses the ways to improve the quality of the training of translation talents from the market.The aim is to find effective suggestions for improving the quality of MTI culture from the new point of view of market.The process of market investigation is difficult and tortuous, but the result is very valuable.The results of this market survey confirm the reason why MTI training can not meet the market demand at present, and it also leads to new thinking on how to improve the quality of MTI training.Based on the analysis of the results of the translation market survey, this paper puts forward three suggestions to the MTI training institutions on how to improve the quality of MTI training, and proposes three suggestions to enhance the professionalism of MTI training.The opportunity cost of marketing and MTI training schools is 3%, and they are responsible for their students' careers.This paper makes a detailed discussion of these three suggestions, covering the MTI training colleges, translation market and students, involving the construction of teachers, curriculum, "second classroom", entrance examination,The post-entrance examination assesses the moral hazard and practice of MTI training.In the hot research field of improving the quality of translation training, this paper tries to find a new way to look at MTI culture from the perspective of market, which not only demonstrates the importance of translation market to the cultivation of MTI, but also opens a new way for the study of improving the quality of MTI training.
