中亞外商漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需求調(diào)查報(bào)告

【摘要】:在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)三十多年強(qiáng)勁發(fā)展的背景下,我國(guó)政府不失時(shí)機(jī)地開(kāi)展了漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣工作。隨著世界學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的人數(shù)不斷增加,漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的個(gè)性化需求也日益凸顯。新疆占據(jù)獨(dú)特的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),與中亞及相鄰國(guó)家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作日益密切,中亞外商對(duì)用于合作溝通的工具和橋梁之一——商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)的需求也日益突出。但這一需求僅憑感性認(rèn)識(shí)是不夠嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)模髡咴噲D運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法對(duì)與新疆有經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)的中亞外商的漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查,旨在厘清中亞外商商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需求的程度和特點(diǎn),探討符合這一群體的漢語(yǔ)推廣培訓(xùn)模式。 本文共分為七部分:第一部分為引言,概述本次研究背景,明確本次調(diào)查的目的和意義;第二部分為相關(guān)理論及文獻(xiàn)綜述,明確本次調(diào)查所涉及的相關(guān)理論和方法,回顧國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)于相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究;第三部分介紹本次調(diào)查的調(diào)查對(duì)象、地點(diǎn)、方式及調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì);第四部分是從目標(biāo)情景、學(xué)習(xí)需求、學(xué)習(xí)費(fèi)用、培訓(xùn)信息傳播渠道方面對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和探討,同時(shí)也對(duì)對(duì)問(wèn)卷中的開(kāi)放式問(wèn)題及訪談結(jié)果做了分析;第五部分是調(diào)查結(jié)論與反思;第六部分是針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果提出的建議;第七部分是結(jié)語(yǔ),,總述筆者在寫作本論文時(shí)的收獲和啟發(fā),并指出了存在的不足。 本調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:中亞外商漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需求不僅僅是客觀存在的,而且是非常強(qiáng)勁的。學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)能帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益是他們學(xué)習(xí)最大的動(dòng)力。中亞外商學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)主要以日常交際用語(yǔ)和商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)為主,根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)層次的提高可以學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等內(nèi)容。中亞外商注重提高漢語(yǔ)的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力,有漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)者則同時(shí)希望提高讀寫能力。中亞外商要求更加靈活的漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)方式。學(xué)習(xí)期限在一年或一年以上,半年或三個(gè)月的短期教學(xué)也有需求。在教學(xué)規(guī)模上,除了一對(duì)一教學(xué)受歡迎外,多數(shù)比較愿意參加2-5人的教學(xué)班學(xué)習(xí)。在分班安排上最希望能與不同國(guó)家的相同水平的學(xué)習(xí)者一起學(xué)習(xí)。中亞外商認(rèn)為漢語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用2000美元/年的價(jià)位是可以接受的,一對(duì)一教學(xué)的價(jià)位區(qū)間在每學(xué)時(shí)100-150元較為適宜。大部分中亞外商通過(guò)親朋好友推薦選擇培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。 筆者通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的深刻反思,就如何面對(duì)中亞外商的漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需求給政府及教育管理部門、高校及社會(huì)辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)和漢語(yǔ)教師分別提出了自己的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the strong development of Chinese economy for more than 30 years, our government has taken the opportunity to carry out the international promotion of Chinese language. With the increasing number of people learning Chinese in the world. Xinjiang occupies a unique geographical advantage and economic and trade cooperation with Central Asia and neighboring countries is increasingly close. The demand for business Chinese, one of the tools and bridges for cooperative communication, is also increasingly prominent. However, the demand is not strict enough on the basis of perceptual understanding, and the author tries to use the questionnaire method. This paper investigates the Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia who have economic and trade contacts with Xinjiang in order to clarify the degree and characteristics of business Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia. This paper discusses the Chinese extension training model in line with this group. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, summarizes the background of this study, and clarifies the purpose and significance of this investigation; The second part is related theory and literature review, clear the relevant theories and methods involved in this investigation, review the domestic scholars' research on related issues; The third part introduces the investigation object, the place, the way and the investigation design; The 4th part is from the goal situation, the study demand, the study expense, the training information dissemination channel aspect has carried on the analysis and the discussion to the investigation result, also has made the analysis to the questionnaire open question and the interview result; Part 5th is the conclusion and reflection of the investigation; Part 6th is based on the findings of the recommendations; Part 7th is the conclusion, which summarizes the author's achievements and enlightenments in writing this paper, and points out the shortcomings. The results show that the foreign language learning needs in Central Asia are not only objective. And it is very strong. Learning Chinese brings economic benefits to them. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia mainly learn Chinese in daily communication and business Chinese. According to the improvement of learning level, we can learn Chinese economy, culture and so on. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia pay attention to improving the Chinese listening and speaking ability. Those who have basic Chinese also hope to improve their reading and writing ability. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia require more flexible Chinese training methods. The term of study is one year or more. Short-term teaching for half a year or three months also has a demand. In terms of teaching scale, apart from one-on-one teaching is popular. Most prefer to study in classes with 2-5 students. In class arrangement, they are most willing to study with learners of the same level in different countries. Foreign businessmen in Central Asia consider the cost of Chinese training to be US $2,000 per year. Bit is acceptable. The price range of one-on-one teaching is 100-150 yuan per school hour. Through a deep reflection on the results of the investigation, the author puts forward his own suggestions on how to face the Chinese learning needs of foreign businessmen in Central Asia to the government, educational management departments, colleges and universities, social educational institutions and Chinese teachers.
