越南河內(nèi)高校漢語教學現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:眾所周知,21世紀是經(jīng)濟全球化、社會生活信息化的時代。在21世紀的今天,掌握一門第二外語,可以說是21世紀合格人才的基本要求。掌握多種語言,特別是一兩門國際強勢語言,對個人來說,是在激烈競爭的社會中得以生存、發(fā)展的一個重要手段;對國家而言,是國際交流和經(jīng)貿(mào)往來不可缺少的條件;對民族來說,是這個民族進步與繁榮的根本保證。越南的改革開放事業(yè)已取得了豐碩的成果。在與國際接軌、地區(qū)融合的過程中,包括漢語在內(nèi)的各國語言在國際交流、合作、學習、科技應(yīng)用等領(lǐng)域有著極其重要的作用。對于目前被預(yù)列為21世紀東南亞經(jīng)濟和太平洋區(qū)域最活躍的地區(qū)——中國來說,漢語具有極其重要的地位。為了迎接新世紀、新的經(jīng)濟局面以及加強與中國各個領(lǐng)域的交流,越南正需要大量精通漢語的人才,因此漢語成為越南教育系統(tǒng)中最重要的外語語種之一。這個現(xiàn)狀給越南特別是河內(nèi)高校漢語教學提供了前所未有的機遇和廣闊的空間,同時對從事漢語教學的教師來說又面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)和更高的要求。教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查是社會教育研究的重要手段,通過調(diào)查才能發(fā)現(xiàn)教學過程中存在的問題,從而尋找出調(diào)整、改善教學模式的途徑與方法。筆者希望通過對河內(nèi)高校漢語教學現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,制作一幅能夠真實反映和比較全面地描述當前越南河內(nèi)高校漢語教學狀況的調(diào)查圖表,幫助了解河內(nèi)高校漢語教學的師資、教材、設(shè)備等方面的基本情況,同時提供河內(nèi)高校漢語教學各方面的數(shù)據(jù)和資料,根據(jù)這些數(shù)據(jù)資料來深入剖析越南河內(nèi)高校漢語教學的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,從而尋找出有效解決問題的方法。 本研究使用問卷及訪談?wù){(diào)查等方法,根據(jù)不同對象對各個高校采用發(fā)放問卷、直接訪談、電話訪談或發(fā)信箱郵件等方式進行調(diào)查,收集資料之后使用綜合、對比、歸納、演繹和分析等方法來研究,對河內(nèi)高校漢語教學現(xiàn)狀做出一個比較全面的評估。通過調(diào)查評估的成果,并根據(jù)越南目前的經(jīng)濟趨勢、社會現(xiàn)狀,提出合理有效的漢語教學建議,為相關(guān)部門制定出提高越南河內(nèi)高校漢語教學質(zhì)量的政策提供有力的依據(jù)。 通過調(diào)查進行分析,我們可以看到越南河內(nèi)高校漢語教學的規(guī)模已迅速擴大。這體現(xiàn)在河內(nèi)各大學漢語教學的數(shù)量近年來迅速增長。學漢語的學生逐年增多。當前河內(nèi)漢語教學質(zhì)量越來越高,并且教學效果獲得國內(nèi)外的認可。但河內(nèi)高校漢語教學目前仍存在一些問題,例如在師資方面,河內(nèi)高校教師隊伍的水平比過去10年有所提高,但仍然偏低。教師取得高級職稱(教授、副教授)以及高學歷(博士)的比例沒有明顯的增加。教師和學生之間的師生比例不合理。在課程設(shè)置方面,有些課程的學分較少,未能滿足學生學習漢語的需求;缺乏國際漢語專家參與設(shè)置課程。教材方面,目前河內(nèi)高校使用的教材大部分都來自中國,而不是針對越南學生的實際情況來編寫;多媒體輔助教學設(shè)備不足。針對這些問題,本文提出以下建議:不斷提高并且使?jié)h語教師水平標準化;合理安排班級結(jié)構(gòu);增加漢語課時;編寫符合越南國情、針對越南學生的對外漢語教材;增加資金投入、改善學;卦O(shè)施及漢語教學設(shè)備;促進漢語教育的國際交流與合作。
[Abstract]:As everyone knows, twenty-first Century is the economic globalization, social life of information age. In twenty-first Century, two command of a second foreign language, can be said to be the basic requirements of qualified personnel in twenty-first Century. Master of languages, especially the one or two popular international language, for one, is to survive in the fierce competition in the society, an important means the development of; for countries, international trade and exchanges indispensable conditions; the nation, is the fundamental guarantee for the national progress and prosperity. Vietnam's reform and opening up and have achieved fruitful results. In line with international standards, in the process of integration, including Chinese language in international communication. Cooperative learning, plays an important role in application of science and technology and other fields. For the present is pre listed as the most active twenty-first Century economy of Southeast Asia and the Pacific Regional Area -- China Chinese, has an extremely important position. In order to meet the new century, the new economic situation and strengthen exchanges in all areas and China, Vietnam is proficient in the Chinese language requires a lot of talent, so the Chinese has become one of the most important foreign languages in the educational system of Vietnam. This is especially to the Vietnamese language teaching provides a hitherto unknown in Hanoi the opportunities and broad space, at the same time in the course of teaching Chinese teachers are faced with new challenges and higher requirements. Education survey is an important means of social education research, through the investigation to find existing problems in the teaching process, and find out the adjustment ways and methods to improve the teaching mode of the author. Hope that through the investigation on current situation of Chinese teaching in Hanoi, making a picture can reflect and comprehensively describe the Vietnamese Chinese language in Universities in Hanoi The survey chart teaching situation, help to understand the Hanoi Chinese teaching in teachers, teaching materials, basic equipment and other aspects, while providing all aspects of teaching Chinese language in Universities in Hanoi according to the data, these data to analyze the status of Chinese teaching in Vietnam Hanoi and the existing problems, so as to find out the effective method to solve the problem.
This study used questionnaire and interview survey method, according to different objects of various colleges and universities by questionnaire, direct interviews, telephone interviews or send mail email to investigate, collect data after synthesis, comparison, induction, deduction and analysis methods to study, make a comprehensive assessment of the status quo of Chinese colleges and universities in Hanoi through the investigation and evaluation of teaching. According to the results, the status quo and economic trends, the current Vietnamese society, proposed Chinese teaching effective and reasonable suggestions for the relevant departments to develop Vietnam, improving the teaching quality of Chinese universities in Hanoi policy provide a strong basis.
Through analysis of survey, we can see the Vietnam Hanoi Chinese teaching in universities has been expanded. This is reflected in the number of Chinese teaching in the universities of Hanoi, the rapid growth in recent years. Chinese students increased year by year. The current Chinese teaching in Hanoi increasingly high quality, and the teaching effect was recognized at home and abroad. But the Chinese colleges and universities in Hanoi teaching still has some problems, such as teachers, teachers in Colleges and universities in Hanoi has improved over the past 10 years, but is still low. Teachers have senior titles (Associate Professor,) and high education (PhD) did not significantly increase. The proportion between teachers and students, teacher-student ratio is not reasonable. Set in the aspect of the curriculum, some courses are too, failed to meet the demand of students.; the lack of international experts to participate in the Chinese curriculum. The teaching materials, the Hanoi University With the teaching materials are from the China, rather than the actual situation for Vietnamese students to write; lack of multimedia teaching equipment. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to continuously improve the level of Chinese teachers and make reasonable arrangements for standardization; class structure; increase the Chinese class; written is in accordance with the situation of Vietnam, Vietnamese students in foreign language materials; increase capital investment, improve the teaching facilities and equipment base school Chinese; to promote international exchanges and cooperation in Chinese education.
