一種Web2.0風格的網(wǎng)絡流媒體平臺的分析與設計

【摘要】: Web2.0是在Web1.0基礎上延伸出來的一類互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用模式,是一次向交互性更強網(wǎng)絡應用的轉(zhuǎn)變。具有Web2.0風格的Web是一個平臺,或者說,Web正在變得可配置化。以前的Web存在交互性弱的局限性,在更多情況下是人們獲取信息的平臺,而具有Web2.0風格的Web成為人們交互的場所,提供給用戶更多交互性的功能。 當前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上視頻流媒體技術(shù)應用近年來增長迅速。視頻流媒體技術(shù)可廣泛用在網(wǎng)上新聞發(fā)布、在線直播、網(wǎng)絡廣告、遠程教育、實時視頻會議等。很多網(wǎng)站利用視頻流媒體播放新聞,開展音樂直播和點播服務,企業(yè)和機構(gòu)采用視頻流媒體來提高效率,節(jié)約開支。寬帶網(wǎng)絡的發(fā)展進一步拓展流媒體應用。當前傳統(tǒng)視頻媒體市場與寬帶網(wǎng)絡的應用服務相融合,產(chǎn)生了寬帶VOD、在線音樂、遠程教育、寬帶收費電視等新的應用。目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上已有超過1700多家廣播電臺和電視臺實現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上點播,世界上幾大有影響的媒體,如BBC、CNN、ABC、NBC等,都在網(wǎng)上開通了自己的網(wǎng)上廣播。國內(nèi)的一些廣播電臺和電視臺,例如cctv.com、btv.com等,也已經(jīng)在自己的網(wǎng)站上開始了試驗性的視音頻點播。上述的Web2.0風格網(wǎng)絡應用的發(fā)展和當前視頻流媒體技術(shù)的廣泛應用為一種在線流媒體發(fā)布平臺的實現(xiàn)提供了良好的環(huán)境。 在應用程序架構(gòu)方面,傳統(tǒng)的C/S(Client/Server,客戶端/服務器)結(jié)構(gòu)程序一些方面不盡適用。基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的軟件運行速度快,可靠性高,客戶端的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力比較強,具有很強的數(shù)據(jù)操作和事物處理能力。但是隨著分布式應用程序的復雜程度不斷提高,C/S架構(gòu)存在部署成本高、客戶端應用程序更新困難等不足。九十年代中期,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)飛速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了web1.0 B/S(Browse/Server,瀏覽器/服務器)應用程序,Web的廣泛使用解決了C/S應用程序部署、和更新的困難。但是Web1.0B/S應用程序受制于DHTML的限制,無法像C/S那樣使用快速豐富的效果來展示數(shù)據(jù),用戶體驗比較差。隨著Web應用程序復雜性越來越高,傳統(tǒng)的Web應用程序已經(jīng)漸漸不能滿足Web瀏覽者更高的、全方位的體驗要求。 本文提出一種具有Web2.0風格的流媒體平臺。這個平臺能提供豐富的交互性功能。本文通過引入RIA(Rich Internet Application)技術(shù)框架重點分析設計實現(xiàn)了功能豐富的表現(xiàn)層,在實現(xiàn)方法上主要采用了Adobe Flex技術(shù)來達到局部更新頁面、減少數(shù)據(jù)交互、減輕服務器負擔及提升用戶體驗等效果。
