面向中小型廣告公司的企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 計(jì)算機(jī)已經(jīng)在各行各業(yè)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,無論是個(gè)人還是企業(yè)都對計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用提出了更高的要求。以數(shù)據(jù)庫和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為核心的各種企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用極大地推進(jìn)了各種企業(yè)的發(fā)展,提高了企業(yè)的管理水平。 論文課題結(jié)合某廣告公司的具體需求,并充分考慮中小型廣告公司在其管理過程中的通用性需求,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套具有一定通用性和可擴(kuò)展性的企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以滿足企業(yè)在業(yè)務(wù)急劇增長過程中對客戶和業(yè)務(wù)利潤進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理的要求為主要目的,設(shè)計(jì)提供了客戶管理、業(yè)務(wù)處理和員工管理等六個(gè)功能模塊。 該企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境是Visual Studio .Net 2005,數(shù)據(jù)庫基于SQL Server 2000平臺(tái)構(gòu)建,開發(fā)語言為C#,測試用具為Unit-Net-2.0 2.2.8,版本維護(hù)工具為Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 2005。 論文系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了作者在工作過程中所取得的成果,具體概括如下: (1)本文首先介紹了企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和它對于企業(yè)管理的作用,報(bào)告了軟件工程和項(xiàng)目管理過程中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀; (2)在總結(jié)和分析了目前軟件周期模型和軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)等常用的技術(shù)和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,合理地規(guī)劃了本系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu); (3)采用了結(jié)構(gòu)化需求分析方法,并考慮到同類廣告公司的通用性需求,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析,并在基礎(chǔ)上完成了系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì); (4)給出了有關(guān)范式的理論和表設(shè)計(jì)等數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展,并給出了它們在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)中的重要作用。介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)的方法、步驟,同時(shí)介紹了該技術(shù)最新的進(jìn)展和前景。 (5)在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中,嚴(yán)格參照三層架構(gòu)模型的基本原理,重點(diǎn)考慮了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)訪問層的通用性和擴(kuò)展性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了系統(tǒng)所有功能模塊的用戶界面層和業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)工作。在此過程中采用了圖形化分析、DataGridView虛擬模式、數(shù)據(jù)排他性處理等技術(shù)和方法; (5)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中采用了VPN和MD5數(shù)據(jù)加密技術(shù),保證了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全性。 論文課題的研究和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提高了該類用戶的管理效率,并能為該類用戶及時(shí)的提供數(shù)據(jù)分析,以便用戶能夠快速的做出正確的決策。并對開發(fā)同類系統(tǒng)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Computer has been playing a more and more important role in various industries, both individuals and enterprises have put forward higher requirements for computer applications. The application of various enterprise management information systems based on database and network technology has greatly promoted the development of various enterprises and improved the management level of enterprises. In this paper, a set of enterprise management information system with certain generality and expandability is designed and implemented according to the specific needs of a certain advertising company and considering the generality demand of the small and medium-sized advertising company in its management process. The system is designed to meet the requirements of scientific management of customers and business profits in the process of rapid business growth, and provides six functional modules, such as customer management, business processing and employee management. The development environment of the enterprise management information system is Visual Studio. Net 2005, the database is based on SQL Server 2000 platform, the development language is #. the test tool is Unit-Net-2.0 2.2.8, and the version maintenance tool is Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 2005. This paper systematically summarizes the achievements of the author in the process of work, which are summarized as follows: (1) this paper first introduces the development of ERP (ERP) and its role in enterprise management. The development and current situation of key technologies in software engineering and project management are reported. (2) on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current software cycle model and software architecture and other commonly used technologies and methods, reasonable planning of the overall architecture of the system; (3) adopting the method of structured requirement analysis, and considering the universal requirement of the similar advertising company, the system requirement analysis is completed, and the function design of the system is completed on the basis of it. (4) the current situation and development of database design techniques such as the theory of normal form and table design are given, and their important roles in database design are also given. This paper introduces the method and steps of database design, and introduces the latest progress and prospect of the technology. (5) in the implementation of the system, the generality and extensibility of the data access layer of the system are considered strictly according to the basic principle of the three-tier architecture model. On this basis, the design and development of user interface layer and business logic layer of all functional modules of the system are completed. In this process, we adopt the techniques and methods of graphic analysis, DataGridView virtual mode, data exclusivity processing and so on. (5) the VPN and MD5 data encryption techniques are used in the implementation of the system to ensure the security of the whole system. The research of the thesis and the realization of the system improve the management efficiency of this kind of users, and can provide the data analysis for the users in time, so that the users can make the correct decision quickly. And it has certain reference value to the development of the same kind of system.
