全彩色LED顯示屏系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:LED display screen is a kind of modern plane display screen composed of LED lattice module. It has the advantages of high luminous brightness, long service life and strong adaptability to the environment. It is widely used in finance, traffic, advertising and other fields. With the continuous updating of technology, the LED display screen is developing towards the direction of high brightness and full color, and the full-color LED display screen is showing its broad application prospect more and more. The core technology of LED display screen system is the design of its controller. The traditional display screen controller uses microprocessor to complete display refresh, and the communication mode adopts single serial communication. There are some limitations in the communication ability. Based on this, based on the analysis of the previous research experience, this paper introduces FPGA and network technology into the display screen control system, and designs a new full-color LED display screen control system. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the working principle of LED display screen is deeply analyzed, and on this basis, the scheme of STM32 FPGA control system is put forward. The ARM Cortex-M3 kernel microprocessor STM32 is used as the control center. The high speed display of display screen is refreshed with FPGA. The system schematic diagram and PCB layout are designed, and the circuit board is made and debugged. (2) the characteristics of STM32 microprocessor FSMC bus are analyzed, and the Ethernet communication is realized by extending 10M/100M network card DM9000A, which provides a new solution for the communication of LED display system. (3) the design and implementation of the system software platform, including the application software of host computer, microprocessor control software and FPGA control software, the transplantation of uIP protocol stack and the writing of DM9000A network card driver are completed. FPGA logic design and PC application programming. (4) in order to verify the correctness of the display panel controller, the driving circuit of the LED display screen is designed. A 32 脳 32 pixel full-color LED lattice screen is fabricated by using the 74HC138 row driver and the 74HC595 column driver. The system is verified in the laboratory, and the full color image display of the LED display screen is realized. The display screen is clear and the system works stably and reliably. The system can support the image and animation display of the 256-level grayscale full-color LED display screen. At the same time, it can be connected to Internet for remote control. It is a full color LED display screen system with practical application value.
