【摘要】： 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)在人們的工作和日常生活中的作用越來(lái)越大。工商行政管理系統(tǒng)是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和發(fā)展的重要參與者、管理者和服務(wù)者,在信息化建設(shè)中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。實(shí)現(xiàn)工商行政管理業(yè)務(wù)自動(dòng)化、規(guī)范化管理,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)和現(xiàn)有信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施高效率地進(jìn)行信息的交流與協(xié)作以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)及電子政務(wù)的發(fā)展需求已成現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的共識(shí)與目標(biāo)。 根據(jù)國(guó)家工商總局的要求,構(gòu)建工商行政管理系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化電子信息平臺(tái)。工商行政管理系統(tǒng)是以企業(yè)核名、私營(yíng)管理、內(nèi)資管理、外資管理、商標(biāo)管理、廣告監(jiān)督管理、案件處理、企業(yè)預(yù)警、信譽(yù)檔案、案件管理、合同管理、日常管理、收費(fèi)管理等功能為一體的綜合業(yè)務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)。 本文研究了實(shí)現(xiàn)工商行政管理系統(tǒng)所需要的關(guān)鍵技術(shù):工作流技術(shù)、面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),還有系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)工具Power Builder和后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)SQL Server2005.設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)基礎(chǔ)理論給出了數(shù)據(jù)建模的過(guò)程和結(jié)果,然后論述了如企業(yè)登記、日常管理和案件處理等重要業(yè)務(wù)模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)運(yùn)行近半年,完成了預(yù)期的功能,滿足了工商行政系統(tǒng)的基本業(yè)務(wù)。在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中,對(duì)軟件工程技術(shù)、面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)和工作流技術(shù)有了更深刻的理解,提高了軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的效率和質(zhì)量。該系統(tǒng)可應(yīng)用于工商管理所及區(qū)域以上工商行政管理部門,是為用戶提供全面快速服務(wù)的低成本的解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer science and technology, network and information industry play an increasingly important role in people's work and daily life. The industrial and commercial administration system is the important participant, the manager and the service person in the national economic construction and the development, plays the pivotal role in the information construction. To realize the automation and standardized management of industrial and commercial administration, It has become the consensus and goal of modern economy and society to make full use of the network and the existing information infrastructure to communicate and cooperate with each other efficiently in order to meet the development needs of modern economy and e-government. According to the request of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the network electronic information platform of the industrial and commercial administration system is constructed. Industrial and Commercial Administration system is based on enterprise name, private management, domestic capital management, foreign capital management, trademark management, advertising supervision and management, case handling, enterprise early warning, reputation file, case management, contract management, daily management, Charge management and other functions as one of the integrated business processing system. This paper studies the key technologies needed to implement the business administration system: workflow technology, object-oriented technology, system development tool Power Builder and backstage database management system SQL Server2005.. The system architecture and function module structure are designed, the process and result of data modeling are given according to the basic theory of database, and the detailed design of important business modules such as enterprise registration, daily management and case processing are discussed. The system has been running for nearly half a year. It has completed the expected function and satisfied the basic business of the industrial and commercial administration system. In the design and implementation of the system, the software engineering technology, object-oriented technology and workflow technology have a deeper understanding, and improve the efficiency and quality of software development. The system can be applied to the industrial and commercial administration departments at or above the regional level. It is a low-cost solution for providing comprehensive and rapid services to users.
