【摘要】：蘋果應(yīng)用軟件商店App Store在2008年正式上線并且取得了空前的成功,蘋果軟件商店所搭建的連接開發(fā)者與用戶的平臺(tái),既給開發(fā)者提供了一個(gè)銷售的平臺(tái),又滿足了用戶的多元化和個(gè)性化的需求,同時(shí)作為蘋果自身也成功贏得了開發(fā)者的利潤(rùn)分成和用戶的口碑。隨著3G互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來,中國(guó)聯(lián)通運(yùn)營(yíng)的WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度快的天然優(yōu)勢(shì),不在拘泥于傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,期望給到用戶更好地移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體驗(yàn),因此更應(yīng)在應(yīng)用商店上有所突破。 本文在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)中國(guó)聯(lián)通沃商店客戶端支撐系統(tǒng)做了詳細(xì)的需求調(diào)研,了解了中國(guó)聯(lián)通在系統(tǒng)需求、業(yè)務(wù)需求、安全可靠性需求三大方面的要求,并針對(duì)性的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行所需要的開發(fā)者合作管理方案、應(yīng)用商店計(jì)費(fèi)及結(jié)算方案、嵌入式廣告方案、UCD方案、版權(quán)保護(hù)方案、部署方案。這套系統(tǒng)采用了B/S架構(gòu)及Web三層體系結(jié)構(gòu),基于.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái)以及SQL Server2000數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)一系列的系統(tǒng)需求,同時(shí)采用科學(xué)的測(cè)試方法確保沃商店客戶端的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)營(yíng)。 系統(tǒng)正式上線后,運(yùn)行的效果大大超出了預(yù)期,客戶端成功改變了運(yùn)營(yíng)商的單一形象。大量客戶從PC端轉(zhuǎn)移到移動(dòng)端,而且被沃商店客戶端人性化的頁面和高效的操作所打動(dòng)。從而為客戶服務(wù)的提升創(chuàng)造了條件,為豐富聯(lián)通3G體驗(yàn),帶動(dòng)流量經(jīng)營(yíng)起到了重要作用。
[Abstract]:The Apple App Store (App Store) was officially launched in 2008 with unprecedented success. The Apple App Store has built a platform that connects developers with users, providing developers with a platform to sell. It also satisfies the diversified and individualized needs of users, and as Apple itself has successfully won the profit share of developers and the reputation of users. With the arrival of 3G Internet era, the WCDMA network operated by China Unicom has the natural advantage of fast network speed, and is not restricted to the development of traditional business, hoping to give users a better mobile Internet experience. Therefore, we should have a breakthrough in the application store. On the basis of studying a large amount of literature at home and abroad, this paper first makes a detailed research on the customer support system of China Unicom Waugh store, and then understands the system requirements and business requirements of China Unicom. Security and reliability requirements of three major requirements, and targeted detailed design of the system for the operation of the developer cooperation management scheme, application store billing and settlement scheme, embedded advertising scheme, UCD scheme, copyright protection scheme, Deployment plan The system adopts the B / S architecture and Web three-tier architecture, based on .NET development platform and SQL Server2000 data implementation of a series of system requirements, while using scientific testing methods to ensure the stable operation of the shop client. After the system was officially launched, the effect of operation greatly exceeded expectations, and the client successfully changed the operator's single image. A large number of customers move from PC to mobile, and are moved by the user-friendly pages and efficient operation of Wawers. Thus, it creates the conditions for the promotion of customer service, enriches the 3G experience of Unicom, and promotes traffic management.
