群件技術分析及在廣告行業(yè)中的應用研究
[Abstract]:Groupware is the software that helps the group to work together. Through the use of groupware, it can improve the working efficiency and resource sharing of the group. Creative products in advertising industry need to be based on accumulated knowledge and experience, combined with other knowledge, groups to discuss and collaborate to generate, how to make the collaboration of groups smooth, Easy access to knowledge is very helpful for the advertising industry to improve its work efficiency. The main purpose of this paper is to put forward the application scheme of groupware in advertising industry based on the analysis of groupware in order to suit the characteristics of advertising industry and to facilitate knowledge management. Based on the concept, development and classification of groupware, this paper compares the functional characteristics of typical groupware products, analyzes the composition of groupware and two typical groupware system structures, and studies the realization of workflow in groupware. This paper discusses the security of groupware system from the aspects of information exchange, database, its design elements and network security, analyzes the security mechanism of typical groupware Domino, and gives several schemes of using groupware through firewall. In this paper, the platform suitable for the application of office automation in advertising industry is studied and compared. According to the characteristics of advertising industry and the need of knowledge management, the system structure of office system based on groupware is put forward. The types and relationships of the knowledge base, the structure of the knowledge base and the classification of the knowledge documents are given. The scheme of implementing the WEB function with the interface with other databases is put forward. The security of network and mobile office is proposed. Based on the workflow design method, this paper analyzes the main workflow of advertising industry, extracts the main workflow and puts forward the design and implementation of the workflow. Finally, an example of the main workflow in advertising industry is given.
