【摘要】：隨著人們對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的運(yùn)用從信息獲取提升到網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、IP電話、網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物等在線應(yīng)用,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的產(chǎn)品和應(yīng)用內(nèi)容也不斷豐富,網(wǎng)上沖浪將成為生活中不可替代的一部分。電信運(yùn)營商的發(fā)展空間空前壯大,寬帶接入業(yè)務(wù)和增值業(yè)務(wù)將成為重點(diǎn),特別是IPTV網(wǎng)絡(luò)電視(以下簡稱IPTV)、高清視頻、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲等高速率業(yè)務(wù)�！叭W(wǎng)融合”已提到新的日程,IPTV必將成為各網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商的主流媒介,呼倫貝爾市聯(lián)通公司(以下簡稱公司)的現(xiàn)有及增值業(yè)務(wù)要基于寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),IPTV成為業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的首要選擇。為緩解傳統(tǒng)語音業(yè)務(wù)量的下滑,大幅增加高端接入帶寬用戶群是當(dāng)前新的發(fā)展格局。著眼于用戶量和業(yè)務(wù)收入增幅、寬帶提速提質(zhì)目標(biāo)以及IPTV發(fā)展需求,需要盡快實(shí)施寬帶升級提速和IPTV建設(shè)工作以達(dá)成后續(xù)的市場轉(zhuǎn)型與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。 隨著IPTV的發(fā)展,它將成為傳統(tǒng)電視的一大互補(bǔ)媒介和電視廣告的重要投放選擇,熱播電視劇和電影將形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻新的增長動(dòng)力,視頻分享不再有瓶頸之困,網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻業(yè)務(wù)必將成為今后發(fā)展的主體。為深入貫徹落實(shí)中國聯(lián)通集團(tuán)公司業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型和增值業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),公司決定展開全市范圍的IPTV試用節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)工作,確保該戰(zhàn)略的順利推進(jìn)。 本文共分七章,第一章介紹了基于寬帶平臺的IPTV及其自身技術(shù)特點(diǎn),隨后描述了IPTV的物理結(jié)構(gòu)和主要技術(shù)解決措施,最后提出IPTV的主要業(yè)務(wù)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)承載性能方面的要求；第二章詳細(xì)分析了公司IPTV,總體規(guī)劃布局,提出IPTV平臺的功能、布局、特點(diǎn)、目的、提供內(nèi)容及用戶客戶端接入方式；第三章介紹了公司IPTV的建設(shè)背景、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、業(yè)務(wù)需求和建設(shè)規(guī)模,概要介紹IPTV建設(shè)方案,包括邊緣節(jié)點(diǎn)確定、工程實(shí)施計(jì)劃以及中心平臺和子平臺的設(shè)計(jì)分析；第四章介紹了IPTV的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓樸、中心平臺和子平臺的帶寬存儲(chǔ)需求以及數(shù)據(jù)寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)和部署方案；第五章介紹了IPTV業(yè)務(wù)增值服務(wù)的種類和功能；第六章介紹了IPTV承建方系統(tǒng)組件對接方案及用戶終端設(shè)備的選型；第七章對IPTV的市場前景及發(fā)展格局進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:As the use of the Internet from information acquisition to online games, IP phones, online shopping and other online applications, Internet-based products and applications are also constantly rich, online surfing will become an irreplaceable part of life. The development space of telecom operators is unprecedented, broadband access services and value-added services will become the focus, especially IPTV network television (hereinafter referred to as IPTV), high-definition video, online games and other high-speed services). "three networks convergence" has been put on the new agenda, IPTV will become the mainstream media of network operators, and the existing and value-added services of Hulunbeir Unicom Company (hereinafter referred to as the company) should be based on broadband network to provide high-quality services. IPTV has become the primary choice for business transformation. In order to alleviate the decline of traditional voice traffic, it is a new development pattern to increase the user group of high-end access bandwidth. In order to achieve the market transformation and business development, it is necessary to implement the broadband upgrade and speed up and IPTV construction work as soon as possible in order to focus on the increase of the number of users and business revenue, the goal of improving the quality of broadband speed and the development of IPTV. With the development of IPTV, it will become an important choice of traditional TV complementary media and TV advertisement. Popular TV series and movies will form a new growth power of network video, and video sharing will no longer be a bottleneck. The network video service will become the main body of the future development. In order to carry out the strategic goal of business transformation and value-added business development of China Unicom Group, the company decided to launch the citywide construction of IPTV trial nodes to ensure the smooth progress of the strategy. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the IPTV based on broadband platform and its own technical characteristics, then describes the physical structure of IPTV and the main technical solutions. Finally, it puts forward the main service of IPTV and the requirements of network load-bearing performance. The second chapter analyzes the overall layout of IPTV, in detail, and puts forward the function, layout, characteristics, purpose, content and client access mode of IPTV platform. The third chapter introduces the construction background, construction objectives, business requirements and construction scale of IPTV, briefly introduces the construction scheme of IPTV, including the determination of edge nodes, project implementation plan and design analysis of the central platform and sub-platform. The fourth chapter introduces the network topology of IPTV, the bandwidth storage requirements of central platform and sub-platform, and the design and deployment scheme of data broadband network, the fifth chapter introduces the types and functions of IPTV value-added services. The sixth chapter introduces the docking scheme of IPTV contractor system components and the selection of user terminal equipment, and the seventh chapter discusses the market prospect and development pattern of IPTV.
