【摘要】： 隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，城市的“亮化工程”逐漸普及，高層建筑玻璃幕墻不斷增多，相應(yīng)地帶來一些光環(huán)境問題。目前國際上對光環(huán)境問題以及光污染防治的研究已逐步展開，而國內(nèi)對此的研究才剛剛起步，且多是從照明角度出發(fā)進行的。 本文從環(huán)保角度出發(fā)，對蘇州市區(qū)的光環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查測量，總結(jié)光環(huán)境問題，分析原因，，并提出對策建議。研究方法主要有文獻閱讀、咨詢專家、問卷調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、實際測量等，測量中用到的儀器為照度計。 本文的調(diào)查測量部分包括夜間環(huán)境照度測量、玻璃幕墻應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、晝間玻璃幕墻附近的環(huán)境照度測量、夜間廣告燈與標志燈調(diào)查，以及300份光污染問卷調(diào)查�？偨Y(jié)蘇州市區(qū)光環(huán)境問題包括照明不足、照度不均、光污染嚴重、設(shè)計安裝不合理、維護管理不足等，并從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入不均、節(jié)能意識缺乏、設(shè)計規(guī)劃水平有限、法規(guī)不健全等方面進行了原因分析。最后提出對策建議，包括六方面：一、建設(shè)光環(huán)境文化，做好宣傳工作宣傳；二、加快專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)，加強科學(xué)研究；三、加強夜景照明生態(tài)設(shè)計；四、盡快出臺相關(guān)標準法規(guī)；五、加強光環(huán)境管理；六、光環(huán)境功能區(qū)劃建議。 期望本文的研究能為蘇州市的光環(huán)境研究提供一定基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，能有助于提高有關(guān)管理部門對光環(huán)境問題的認識，對光環(huán)境研究及光污染防治起到一定的實際作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy in our country, the "lighting project" of the city is popularized gradually, the glass curtain wall of the high-rise building is increasing, which brings some light environment problems accordingly. At present, the research on light environment problems and light pollution prevention and control has been carried out step by step in the world, but the domestic research on this problem has just started, and most of them are carried out from the angle of lighting. From the point of view of environmental protection, this paper investigates and measures the present situation of light environment in Suzhou urban area, summarizes the problems of light environment, analyzes the causes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The main research methods are literature reading, consulting experts, questionnaire survey, field investigation, actual measurement, etc. The instrument used in measurement is illuminometer. The investigation and measurement in this paper include the measurement of environmental illumination at night, the application of glass curtain wall, the measurement of environmental illumination near glass curtain wall in the daytime, the investigation of night advertisement light and marker lamp, and the survey of 300 light pollution questionnaires. Summing up the light environment problems in Suzhou urban area, including insufficient lighting, uneven illumination, serious light pollution, unreasonable design and installation, inadequate maintenance and management, etc., and from the point of view of uneven investment in infrastructure, lack of awareness of energy conservation, limited level of design planning, etc. The causes of imperfect laws and regulations were analyzed. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, including: first, constructing the light environment culture, doing the propaganda; second, speeding up the training of professional talents, strengthening scientific research; third, strengthening the ecological design of night lighting; Fourth, issue relevant standards and regulations as soon as possible; fifthly, strengthen the management of light environment; sixthly, suggest the division of function of light environment. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some basic data for the study of light environment in Suzhou City, help to improve the understanding of light environment problems in relevant management departments, and play a certain practical role in the study of light environment and the prevention and control of light pollution.
