寬帶業(yè)務(wù)代理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著數(shù)據(jù)通信技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸速度的加快、網(wǎng)上業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用的日漸豐富,Internet已經(jīng)成為人們獲取信息最主要的渠道。網(wǎng)上業(yè)務(wù)的日益豐富,用戶對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)需求的飛速增長,極大的促進(jìn)了寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為電信運(yùn)營商的新業(yè)務(wù)亮點(diǎn),并使運(yùn)營商成為寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)者與受益者。在寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來大量效益的同時(shí),電信運(yùn)營商在對(duì)寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營過程中,也遇到一些難以解決的新問題,非法代理就是其中之一。 大慶油田寬帶城域網(wǎng)自2001年開通以來,得到了迅速的發(fā)展,截止2011年底,網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶發(fā)展到16萬,但是非法代理出現(xiàn)也極大損害了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的健康發(fā)展。據(jù)初步統(tǒng)計(jì),占總數(shù)10%左右的用戶使用代理方式上網(wǎng),即使按照20-30%計(jì)算非法客戶,每年也給油田通信帶來的損失超過百萬。 非法代理不僅使收益大量流失,而且由于這類用戶的數(shù)據(jù)量巨大,同一網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的其它合法用戶的上網(wǎng)速度將會(huì)受到極大影響,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量下降,從而造成大量合法用戶的投訴或流失。結(jié)合寬帶業(yè)務(wù)這一現(xiàn)狀,開發(fā)了寬帶業(yè)務(wù)代理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。它在發(fā)現(xiàn)非法用戶的同時(shí),能將大量的非法用戶轉(zhuǎn)為合法用戶,這樣既能增加收入,又能保證對(duì)合法用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景意義以及國內(nèi)外非法代理監(jiān)測相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。針對(duì)用戶的需求做了系統(tǒng)分析,詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)工作的原理以及系統(tǒng)需要解決的問題。通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)的分析,設(shè)計(jì)出系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)功能以及系統(tǒng)的工作流程。系統(tǒng)采用B/S三層體系架構(gòu),在用戶端只需要實(shí)現(xiàn)極少量的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯工作,,大部分的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯在服務(wù)器端實(shí)現(xiàn),這樣就方便了系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)由系統(tǒng)管理和功能管理兩個(gè)部分組成,本文主要介紹了系統(tǒng)管理、代理上網(wǎng)監(jiān)控模塊以及廣告信息推送模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶登錄、設(shè)備管理、分局管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理、權(quán)限管理和賬戶認(rèn)證等功能;代理上網(wǎng)監(jiān)控模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了非法代理用戶的監(jiān)測和阻斷限制功能,并通過生成各種業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)表,方便用戶對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;廣告信息推送模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了各種廣告信息的推送功能,憑借電信運(yùn)營商的寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和龐大的客戶資源,能夠探測到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶的登錄、瀏覽、搜索活動(dòng),然后主動(dòng)地將特定的廣告內(nèi)容推送到用戶的電腦瀏覽頁面。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能已在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中得到了驗(yàn)證,達(dá)到了預(yù)期需求開發(fā)的目標(biāo)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應(yīng)用為大慶油田通信的寬帶運(yùn)營提供了非法代理問題的解決方案,在提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量的同時(shí),為大慶油田寬帶城域網(wǎng)的運(yùn)營保駕護(hù)航,化弊為利。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of data communication technology, the acceleration of network transmission speed, and the increasing enrichment of online business applications, Internet has become the most important channel for people to obtain information. With the increasing of network service and the rapid growth of users' demand for network, the development of broadband network has been greatly promoted, which has become a new service bright spot for telecom operators, and makes operators become the promoters and beneficiaries of broadband network development. While broadband network brings a lot of benefits, telecom operators also encounter some new problems which are difficult to solve in the process of operation of broadband network, among which illegal agents are one of them. The broadband metropolitan area network in Daqing Oilfield has been developed rapidly since it was launched in 2001. By the end of 2011, the number of network users has reached 160000, but the emergence of illegal agents has also greatly damaged the healthy development of the network. According to the preliminary statistics, about 10% of the total users use the agent method to access the Internet, even according to 20-30% of the illegal customers, it also brings more than one million losses to the oil field communications every year. Illegal agents not only make a large loss of profits, but also because of the huge amount of data of such users, the Internet speed of other legitimate users in the same network will be greatly affected, and the quality of network services will decline. As a result, a large number of legitimate users of complaints or loss. Combined with the present situation of broadband service, a broadband service agent monitoring system is developed. At the same time, it can turn a large number of illegal users into legal users, which can not only increase the income, but also guarantee the service quality to the legitimate users. This paper first introduces the background significance of system development and the status quo of illegal agent monitoring technology at home and abroad. The principle of the system and the problems to be solved are described in detail. Through the analysis of the system, the overall architecture, system functions and system workflow are designed. The system adopts the B / S three-tier architecture, only a small amount of business logic work is needed on the client side, and most of the business logic is implemented on the server side, which facilitates the realization of the system functions. The whole system is composed of two parts: system management and function management. This paper mainly introduces the realization of system management, agent monitoring module and advertisement information push module. The system management realizes the functions of user login, equipment management, sub-bureau management, database management, authority management and account authentication. The proxy online monitoring module realizes the function of monitoring and blocking the restriction of the illegal agent user, and through the generation of various business reports, it is convenient for the user to carry on the statistical analysis to the service; The advertising information push module realizes the push function of all kinds of advertising information. With the advantage of broadband network technology of telecom operators and huge customer resources, it can detect the login, browse and search activities of Internet users. Then proactively push specific advertising content to the user's computer browsing page. The function of this project has been verified in practical application, and the target of expected requirement development has been achieved. The development and application of the system provide a solution to the problem of illegal agent for the broadband operation of Daqing oilfield communication. While improving the service quality, it can guarantee and escort the operation of Daqing oilfield broadband metropolitan area network.
