對我國發(fā)展特許經(jīng)營模式的探討

【摘要】: 中國加入WTO之后,特許經(jīng)營作為分銷領(lǐng)域開放部門之一,將面臨著更為嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),而我國對特許經(jīng)營理論和實踐的引入還相當滯后,加上法律制度的不完備,這些都制約了特許經(jīng)營的發(fā)展。本文介紹了西方特許經(jīng)營的發(fā)展和趨勢,對其理論和經(jīng)驗進行了闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,探討了特許經(jīng)營所采用的管理模式,著重對我國特許經(jīng)營法律方面的問題進行了研究,并通過對我國特許經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了我國發(fā)展特許經(jīng)營模式的相應對策,這對我國面臨國際競爭,更好地發(fā)展具有本國特色的特許經(jīng)營有著重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, franchising, as one of the open sectors in the distribution field, will face more severe challenges. However, the introduction of franchise theory and practice in China is still lagging behind, and the legal system is not complete. These all restricted the development of franchise. This paper introduces the development and trend of franchising in western countries, and expounds its theory and experience. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the management mode of franchising, focuses on the legal aspects of franchising in China, and analyzes the present situation of franchising in China. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of franchising mode in China, which is of great significance for China to face international competition and to better develop the franchise with its own characteristics.
