移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的用戶行為分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 2008年,我國開始3G的商用,據(jù)統(tǒng)計,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶每天的增速正在超過傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶;傳統(tǒng)電信運(yùn)營商與用戶之間單向的業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)的運(yùn)營模式轉(zhuǎn)變成了以用戶為中心的多元盈利模式,運(yùn)營商的競爭對手來自互聯(lián)網(wǎng),來自終端廠商,運(yùn)營商要在新的通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展下保持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,不能僅僅作為通道,必須應(yīng)用自己已有的資源向用戶提供新增長點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容與業(yè)務(wù),那么如何和用戶提供高附加值的業(yè)務(wù)?其中一個熱點(diǎn)的方向就在于對移動用戶的行為進(jìn)行分析,得到用戶的行為特征與分類,在保護(hù)用戶隱私的前提下為之提供精準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)服務(wù),從而在提供帶寬的同時,為用戶提供高附加值的目標(biāo)服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營商與用戶的雙贏。 在此背景之下本論文設(shè)計一個基于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的用戶行為分析系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)位于中國移動或者中國聯(lián)通的核心網(wǎng)分組域中的SGSN與GGSN之間Gn口或者GGSN與分組IP網(wǎng)之間的Gi口,處于封閉式或者半開放式網(wǎng)絡(luò)當(dāng)中,在安全性上較為有保證;系統(tǒng)選取用戶具有代表性的WEB瀏覽行為作為研究對象,對用戶數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,加以過濾,運(yùn)用DPI(深度包檢測)的思想對數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的支持向量機(jī)(SVM)算法對內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分類,得到用戶行為特征與分類;此外,用戶行為分析系統(tǒng)可以與運(yùn)營商的業(yè)務(wù)生成模塊直接相連,具體來說,與目標(biāo)廣告分發(fā)子系統(tǒng)相連,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)可能的精準(zhǔn)目標(biāo)廣告。 論文首先分析了3G時代電信運(yùn)營商面對的全新的業(yè)務(wù)挑戰(zhàn)的背景,提出了基于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的用戶行為分析系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)框圖。系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,數(shù)據(jù)DPI模塊,內(nèi)容分類模塊,用戶特征數(shù)據(jù)庫等模塊組成;對系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)DPI模塊,內(nèi)容分類模塊,用戶特征數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計。最后對本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境搭建,給出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析。最后總結(jié)了論文的特點(diǎn)以及不足之處,并提出了對前景的展望。
[Abstract]:In 2008, China began 3G commercial, according to statistics, mobile Internet users are increasing faster than traditional Internet users every day; The traditional operating mode of one-way service charges between telecom operators and users has changed into a multi-profit model centered on users. The competitors of operators come from the Internet and from terminal manufacturers. In order to maintain the leading position under the development of the new communication industry, operators must use their existing resources to provide users with new growth points of content and services, so how to provide high value-added services with users? One of the hot spots is to analyze the behavior of mobile users, get the behavior characteristics and classification of users, and provide accurate target services for mobile users under the premise of protecting their privacy, so as to provide bandwidth at the same time. To provide users with high value-added target services, operators and users to achieve a win-win. Under this background, this paper designs a user behavior analysis system based on mobile internet. The system is located in the Gn port between SGSN and GGSN in the core network packet domain of China Mobile or China Unicom or the Gi port between GGSN and IP network. In the closed or semi-open network, the security is guaranteed; The system selects the representative WEB browsing behavior of the user as the research object, collects and filters the user data, and analyzes the data content by using the idea of DPI (depth packet Detection). The support vector machine (SVM) algorithm in data mining is used to classify the content, and the user behavior features and classification are obtained. In addition, the user behavior analysis system can be directly connected to the service generation module of the operator, specifically to the target advertising distribution subsystem, so as to achieve the possible accurate target advertising. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background of the new service challenges faced by telecom operators in 3G era, and puts forward the system block diagram of user behavior analysis system based on mobile Internet. The system is composed of data acquisition module, data DPI module, content classification module, user feature database module, etc. The data DPI module, content classification module and user feature database in the system are designed in detail. Finally, the experimental environment of the system is built, and the experimental results and analysis are given. Finally, the paper summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the paper, and puts forward the prospect of the future.
