【摘要】：政務(wù)網(wǎng)是一個(gè)基于公眾對(duì)政府的信息獲取、傳播、共享平臺(tái)。目前,政府信息公開(kāi)已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出其前所未作用,不管是普通的個(gè)人,還是學(xué)生群體,抑或是媒體、商務(wù)人士,都積極參與到政務(wù)信息公開(kāi)平臺(tái)中來(lái)。政府網(wǎng)站的火熱也帶動(dòng)了政務(wù)信息公開(kāi)的產(chǎn)生與公眾互動(dòng)的發(fā)展。政府信息公開(kāi)平臺(tái)的出現(xiàn),有效地彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)公眾與政府在互動(dòng)溝通上的欠缺,實(shí)現(xiàn)了公眾群體與政府機(jī)關(guān)的零距離接觸。但是,要實(shí)現(xiàn)正在的政務(wù)信息公開(kāi),就必須對(duì)政務(wù)信息公開(kāi)平臺(tái)有一個(gè)清晰準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)識(shí)。本文采用軟件工程學(xué)的辦法,設(shè)計(jì)探究了政務(wù)信息公開(kāi)與公眾問(wèn)測(cè)系統(tǒng),主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)管理、問(wèn)客管理、測(cè)客管理、信息管理、廣告管理等功能模塊。從政府機(jī)關(guān)的角度,了解公眾對(duì)于政務(wù)網(wǎng)的認(rèn)知度、使用態(tài)度、關(guān)注度、認(rèn)可度及滿(mǎn)意度,了解政務(wù)信息公開(kāi)平臺(tái)的的現(xiàn)狀、潛在發(fā)展可能性以及存在的問(wèn)題。本文選擇了政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)完成政府信息公開(kāi)平臺(tái)的研究。在結(jié)構(gòu)安排上,本文共分為五大章。第一章分包括緒論、選題研究現(xiàn)狀及技術(shù)介紹。其中;第一部分對(duì)政府網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析;第二部分對(duì)公眾互動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析。第二章為對(duì)系統(tǒng)的分析,分別對(duì)信息公開(kāi)和公眾問(wèn)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的不同功能進(jìn)行介紹,不同模塊進(jìn)行分析,為系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供支持。第三章介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)、邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及安全設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)的對(duì)系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)作了描述;第四章系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)的操作圖和操作代碼來(lái)表達(dá)完成系統(tǒng)的過(guò)程。最后一章為結(jié)論,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了系統(tǒng)研究過(guò)程中的不足之處。
[Abstract]:Government affairs network is based on the public to the government information access, dissemination, sharing platform. At present, government information disclosure has shown its previous role, whether ordinary individuals, or student groups, or the media. Business people are actively involved in the open platform of government information. The popularity of government websites has also led to the emergence of government information disclosure and the development of interaction with the public, and the emergence of government information open platform. Effectively make up for the traditional public and government in the lack of interactive communication, the realization of public groups and government organs of zero-distance contact, but, to achieve the ongoing government information disclosure. It is necessary to have a clear and accurate understanding of the open platform of government information. This paper uses the method of software engineering to design and explore the open government information and public inquiry system, which mainly realizes the system management and customer management. From the perspective of government agencies, to understand the public awareness of the government network, the use of attitude, attention, recognition and satisfaction. To understand the status quo, potential development possibilities and existing problems of the open government information platform. This paper chooses the government network platform as the research object. Through the design and implementation of the system to complete the study of government information disclosure platform. In the structure arrangement, this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter includes introduction, research status and technical introduction. The first part analyzes the advantages of government network. The second part is the analysis of the advantages of the public interactive system. The second chapter is the analysis of the system, respectively on the information disclosure and public inquiry system of different functions, different modules are analyzed. The third chapter introduces the design of the system, introduces the system technology, logic structure, function module, database and security design in detail, and describes the analysis and design of the system in detail. Chapter 4th of the system implementation, through the system operation diagram and operation code to express the completion of the system process. The last chapter is the conclusion, the research and implementation of the system are summarized. The deficiency of the system research process is also put forward.
