【摘要】：動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,得到了政府和學(xué)者的重視。我國(guó)制定了相關(guān)的宏觀調(diào)控政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)惠政策推動(dòng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,并取得了可喜的成績(jī),全國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。目前全國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已形成京津翼聚集區(qū)、長(zhǎng)三角聚集區(qū)、珠三角聚集區(qū)、中部聚集區(qū)、東北聚集區(qū)、西南聚集區(qū)六大區(qū)域?yàn)橹鲗?dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局。天津憑借其地理優(yōu)勢(shì)、人文優(yōu)勢(shì)和良好的政策環(huán)境,使動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得了迅速發(fā)展,已建成天津國(guó)家動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園、天津華苑軟件園、天津凌奧創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園等產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)于動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究較少,缺乏對(duì)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的系統(tǒng)分析。因此,構(gòu)建動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是一項(xiàng)具有理論意義和實(shí)踐意義的研究工作。 本文系統(tǒng)梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)理論,總結(jié)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)研究成果,結(jié)合動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征和天津動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以GEM模型理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建C-GEM模型。該指標(biāo)體系在GEM模型“基礎(chǔ)”、“企業(yè)”、“市場(chǎng)”三大因素對(duì)的基礎(chǔ)上加入了“產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈”因素對(duì),形成了四大因素對(duì),32個(gè)影響因素的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 地區(qū)的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力主要是通過區(qū)域內(nèi)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群反映的,因此本文以天津動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力代表天津動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文的分析數(shù)據(jù)是通過向動(dòng)漫基地政府官員、動(dòng)漫基地企業(yè)家、動(dòng)漫畫研究者和動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)者發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷獲得的。在分析的過程中運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,然后運(yùn)用C-GEM模型量化方法計(jì)算整個(gè)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)天津的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)做一個(gè)客觀評(píng)價(jià),找出天津在發(fā)展動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)過程中的短板環(huán)節(jié),并給出提升天津動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的對(duì)策,以期能為天津動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的又好又快發(fā)展助力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the cultural industry, animation industry has been attached importance to by the government and scholars. China has formulated relevant macro-control policies and preferential economic policies to promote the development of the animation industry, and has made gratifying achievements. The national animation industry has developed rapidly. At present, the national animation industry has formed a Beijing-Tianjin-wing gathering area, a Yangtze River Delta gathering area, a Pearl River Delta gathering area, a central gathering area, a northeast gathering area, By virtue of its geographical advantages, humanistic advantages and favorable policy environment, Tianjin has achieved rapid development of the animation industry, and has built Tianjin National Animation Industry Park and Tianjin Huayuan Software Park. Tianjin Lingao Creative Industry Park and other industrial clusters. At present, domestic scholars have less research on the competitiveness of the animation industry, and lack of systematic analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of the animation industry. Construction of animation industry competitiveness evaluation index system is a theoretical and practical significance of research work. This paper systematically combs the basic theories about the industry competitiveness at home and abroad, summarizes the related research results of the animation industry, combines the characteristics of the animation industry and the current situation of the animation industry in Tianjin, based on the GEM model theory. The C-GEM model is constructed. The index system adds "industrial chain" factor pair on the basis of "basic", "enterprise" and "market" of GEM model, and forms an evaluation index system of four major factors and 32 influencing factors. The regional animation industry competitiveness is mainly reflected through the regional animation industry cluster, Therefore, this paper takes the competitiveness of Tianjin animation industry cluster to represent the overall competitiveness of Tianjin animation industry. The analysis data in this paper are based on the analysis of the animation base government officials, animation base entrepreneurs, In the process of analysis, the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to process the data, and then the C-GEM model is used to quantify the competitiveness of the whole animation industry. This paper makes an objective evaluation of the animation industry in Tianjin, finds out the short board links in the process of developing the animation industry in Tianjin, and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the animation industry in Tianjin in order to help the development of the animation industry in Tianjin better and faster.
