【摘要】：20世紀(jì)以來,中國動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)在國家和地方政府的大力扶持和推動(dòng)下,發(fā)展迅速,取得了顯著的成績,產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展的格局已經(jīng)初步形成,因此對(duì)動(dòng)畫人才的需求也在逐年提高。 面對(duì)動(dòng)畫人才巨大的市場缺口,蓬勃崛起的中國高校動(dòng)畫教育,如何才能培養(yǎng)出符合市場需求的人才,為動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展真正起到推波助瀾的作用,是所有高校動(dòng)畫教育者應(yīng)該重視并值得深思的首要問題。 本文通過對(duì)目前國內(nèi)外動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)市場的舉例分析,并結(jié)合當(dāng)今高校動(dòng)畫教育的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)未來高校動(dòng)畫教育模式的改革和人才培養(yǎng)模式等問題進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Since 20th century, the animation industry of China has developed rapidly with the support and promotion of the national and local governments, and has made remarkable achievements. The pattern of industrial regional development has been initially formed, so the demand for animation talents is also increasing year by year. In the face of the huge market gap of animation talents, how can animation education in Chinese universities and colleges be developed to meet the needs of the market so as to promote the development of animation industry? Is all university animation educators should pay attention to and worth pondering the first issue. Based on the analysis of animation industry market at home and abroad and the current situation of animation education in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the reform of animation education mode and talent training model in colleges and universities in the future.
