初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在各個領(lǐng)域的滲透和發(fā)展,信息素養(yǎng)漸漸被國家和社會所重視,信息素養(yǎng)已成為現(xiàn)代公民必備的能力素質(zhì)。信息素養(yǎng)的概念和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也在不斷的發(fā)展和完善。我國十分重視對青少年信息素養(yǎng)能力的培養(yǎng),為此投入了大量的教育資源,而對信息素養(yǎng)的評測是培養(yǎng)和提高青少年信息素養(yǎng)能力關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。國內(nèi)外很多權(quán)威的機(jī)構(gòu)和組織發(fā)布了很多信息素養(yǎng)評測的指標(biāo)體系,但目前國內(nèi)切合初中生的實(shí)際教學(xué)和身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),針對初中生這個特定群體的信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的研究還不夠充分。因此,本文通過構(gòu)建的初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合初中生的信息教育課標(biāo),形成評測問卷,最后通過實(shí)踐應(yīng)用和數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出了幾點(diǎn)提升初中生信息素養(yǎng)的對策與建議。本研究主要做了如下工作:第一,對信息素養(yǎng)的概念內(nèi)涵及其發(fā)展進(jìn)行了相關(guān)界定和歷史研究,并基于此對國內(nèi)外信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié),明確了信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的主要指標(biāo)和具體內(nèi)容。第二,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外各信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建方法和原則,構(gòu)建了包含信息情感意識、信息科學(xué)知識、信息處理能力、信息倫理道德4個一級指標(biāo),11個二級指標(biāo)的初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系。第三,結(jié)合《中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求和目標(biāo),對初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)體系的一級指標(biāo)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),形成了《初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)問卷》,并就如何計(jì)算初中生的信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)說明。第四,利用《初中生信息素養(yǎng)評測指標(biāo)問卷》,對一所初中的8個班級進(jìn)行了初中生信息素養(yǎng)水平評測的實(shí)踐研究。通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理,發(fā)現(xiàn)了不同年級、男女之間的差異和問題。第五,針對初中生信息素養(yǎng)存在的主要問題,提出了提升初中生信息素養(yǎng)水平的幾點(diǎn)對策與建議,如:引導(dǎo)和鼓勵初中生在學(xué)習(xí)生活中多利用相關(guān)APP解決問題,開放學(xué)校的數(shù)字信息資源,開展信息素養(yǎng)的相關(guān)競賽,利用動漫等形式宣傳信息道德法規(guī)和信息安全意識,等等。
[Abstract]:With the penetration and development of information technology and Internet technology in various fields, information literacy has gradually been attached importance to by the country and society. Information literacy has become a necessary ability quality for modern citizens. The concept and standard of information literacy are also constantly developing and perfecting. Our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of teenagers' information literacy ability, and has invested a lot of educational resources in this regard. The evaluation of information literacy is the key link to cultivate and improve the ability of young people's information literacy. Many authoritative institutions and organizations at home and abroad have issued a lot of information literacy evaluation index systems. However, at present, the research on the information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students, which is suitable for the actual teaching and physical and mental development of junior high school students in China, is not enough. Based on the information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students and the information education curriculum standard of junior high school students, this paper forms a questionnaire, and finally through practical application and data analysis, The main work of this study is as follows: first, the concept and development of information literacy has been defined and studied. Based on this, the research status of information literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad is summarized, and the main indexes and specific contents of information literacy evaluation index system are clarified. According to the analysis results of information literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad, combined with the construction methods and principles of junior high school students' information literacy evaluation index system, this paper constructs the information emotion consciousness, information science knowledge, information processing ability. The index system of information literacy evaluation for junior high school students with 4 primary and 11 secondary indexes. Third, combining with the requirements and objectives of the Information Technology Curriculum Standard of Primary and Middle Schools, The first level index of information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students is summarized, and the questionnaire of information literacy evaluation index of junior high school students is formed. It also explains how to calculate the information literacy evaluation index of junior high school students. 4th, By using the questionnaire of Information Literacy Evaluation Index of Junior High School students, this paper makes a practical study on the information literacy level of junior high school students in 8 classes of a junior high school. Through the analysis and processing of the data, we find different grades. The differences and problems between men and women. 5th, aiming at the main problems of junior high school students' information literacy, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of information literacy of junior high school students. For example: to guide and encourage junior high school students to use APP to solve problems, to open the digital information resources, to develop information literacy competition, to use animation and other forms to promote information moral laws and information security awareness, and so on.
