【摘要】:BIEQ是廣州市財智情商動漫有限公司的注冊商標(biāo)和公司英文簡稱。廣州市財智情商動漫有限公司于2010年1月開始籌建,6月底正式注冊成立,公司坐落在廣州高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū),主要從事財商動漫的設(shè)計和制作。BIEQ成立之初就確立了“一顆心,兩條腿”的核心理念。一顆心是以高尚價值觀傳播為中心;兩條腿一是指極具價值的劇本,二是指極富美感的繪本。依托著年輕、有沖勁的高水平動漫創(chuàng)作團隊以及公司法人代表過去十多年的商業(yè)設(shè)計和經(jīng)營管理經(jīng)驗,短短三個月的時間,將近三十本的少兒財商漫畫書籍已然成稿,并與海天出版社簽訂了出版合同,年底之前并將在全國各大書店上架銷售。 但廣州市財智情商動漫有限公司深知即使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量過硬,,傳統(tǒng)、單一的書店銷售模式并不能保證財商動漫系列叢書在市場上獲得成功。財智情商動漫產(chǎn)品要想在競爭激烈的市場上獲得成功,還需要對宏觀環(huán)境、市場現(xiàn)狀和競爭狀況等進行綜合、深刻的分析和研究,制定嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、詳細(xì)的競爭戰(zhàn)略。 本文正是通過對動漫行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境分析、行業(yè)環(huán)境分析、市場現(xiàn)狀分析、競爭狀況分析以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部分析等,總結(jié)出動漫市場的機會、威脅以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,為企業(yè)尋找合適的市場定位和核心競爭力,從而確定BIEQ的競爭戰(zhàn)略。
