從社會現(xiàn)實(shí)主義角度評析肯·洛奇電影中的政治性

從而立之年的首部劇情片《苦命母牛》(1967)到耋耄之年的戛納電影節(jié)最佳影片《我是布萊克》(2016),肯·洛奇始終堅(jiān)守獨(dú)立且粗礫的社會現(xiàn)實(shí)主義電影風(fēng)格。五十多年從影史,洛奇包攬眾多國際獎項(xiàng),卻也遭至來自影評人和觀眾的非議乃至惡劣的人身攻擊,鋒芒直指其電影中濃烈的政治訴求,即本文所定義的政治性。本文認(rèn)為,洛奇的電影中從一而終的主旨就是政治性,而且正是電影中或隱或顯的政治性成就了洛奇在國際影壇中的獨(dú)特尊榮,使得洛奇獨(dú)立于好萊塢電影霸權(quán)之外。從主題上來講,洛奇的電影關(guān)注底層百姓疾苦,如失業(yè)、貧困、工人運(yùn)動、凄慘的婦孺等,也關(guān)注當(dāng)時的社會政治體制,透過戰(zhàn)爭探索社會主義,這些都或隱或顯地透露出洛奇的政治理念。從執(zhí)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格上來講,洛奇任用非專業(yè)演員,主張即興表演,反對彩排,堅(jiān)持實(shí)景拍攝和按序拍攝,保持?jǐn)z像機(jī)的距離,使用自然光等,這些都塑造了其作品的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義屬性。為了深入探究洛奇電影中的政治性,本文從其獨(dú)立執(zhí)導(dǎo)的二十多部劇情片中按年代順序挑選出六部成功影片進(jìn)行文本分析:六十年代的《小孩與鷹》(1969),七十年代的《家庭生活》(1971),八十年代受撒切爾主義影響洛奇遭遇職業(yè)滑鐵盧,九十年代的《底層...
