[Abstract]:The British patient is the work of the famous Sri Lankan novelist Michael Ondaget. The novel was later adapted into a film by the famous director Anthony Minghella, and the story takes place against the backdrop of brutal fighting and the infinite desert. The interpretation of the protagonist between the long sad love story. Director Anthony successfully adapted the film "the patient in England", giving both the film and the original the glory and success they had never had before. The adaptation of the film broke the traditional pattern of films and novels in the past, retained the main vein of the original book, made substantial changes to the storyline, character and the main theme of expression, and abandoned the original.
