【摘要】：紀(jì)錄片《臨終時光》記錄了發(fā)生在云南省昆明市第三人民醫(yī)院關(guān)懷科的故事,歷時4個月拍攝制作完成,片子時長30分鐘。昆明市第三人民醫(yī)院關(guān)懷科創(chuàng)辦于1996年,是全國首家臨終關(guān)懷科,主要進行對腫瘤晚期和老年病的姑息治療。不同于其他診室進行的以治愈為目標(biāo)的醫(yī)學(xué)救助,關(guān)懷科提倡舒緩醫(yī)學(xué),又稱作姑息醫(yī)學(xué),即以幫助患者緩解疼痛,改善生活質(zhì)量為目標(biāo)。這里每天都在見證著生命與死亡的博弈,紀(jì)錄片主線以患者為切入口,呈現(xiàn)了生命末期時光發(fā)生的故事；副線則展示了關(guān)懷科為臨終患者帶來的幫助與關(guān)懷。紀(jì)錄片試圖通過紀(jì)錄真實的人生故事呈現(xiàn)以下三個問題：即將落幕的人生處在何種身體與心靈的考驗?生命末期的時光該如何被對待?這一段應(yīng)該被個體與社會重視與呵護的時光,現(xiàn)實情況又是如何?三個家庭故事,三段臨終時光,希望紀(jì)錄片的講述能給觀影者帶來一些思考。社會的改變源于個體意識的覺醒,考察當(dāng)下臨終關(guān)懷缺失的現(xiàn)狀,思考我們會以何種姿態(tài)面對,是極其有益的。
[Abstract]:The documentary, "Dead time," recorded the story of Guanghuai, No. 3 people's Hospital in Kunming, Yunnan Province. It took four months to shoot and complete, and the film lasted 30 minutes. The Guan Huai Department of Kunming third people's Hospital was founded in 1996. It is the first terminal care department in China, mainly for palliative treatment of advanced tumor and geriatric diseases. Unlike the cure-targeted medical aid provided by other clinics, the Department of Care advocates soothing medicine, also known as palliative medicine, which aims to help patients relieve pain and improve their quality of life. Every day here is the game between life and death. The main line of the documentary is the patient, showing the story of the end of life. The secondary line shows the help and care that Kwanghuaike has brought to the dying patients. The documentary tries to present the following three questions by documenting the true story of life: what kind of physical and spiritual test is it in which life is about to end? How should the end of life be treated? This period should be individual and social attention and care of the time, what is the reality of the situation? Three family stories, three deathbed periods, I hope the documentary will bring some thought to the viewer. The change of society originates from the awakening of the individual consciousness. It is very useful to examine the present situation of the absence of hospice care and to think about the attitude in which we will face it.
