【摘要】：正專(zhuān)業(yè)導(dǎo)師制,是依據(jù)教師與學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)屬性,充分發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)教師在創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中的專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),把學(xué)生劃分到專(zhuān)業(yè)教師名下,實(shí)現(xiàn)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行針對(duì)性培養(yǎng)與引導(dǎo)的教育模式。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理是2004年國(guó)家為適應(yīng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展而設(shè)立的本科專(zhuān)業(yè),專(zhuān)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的復(fù)合、交叉性,涵蓋了文化、旅游、休閑、廣播影視、傳媒、文化經(jīng)濟(jì)等眾多學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容,最終以培養(yǎng)具有廣闊的文化視野、具備現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念及管理技能的復(fù)合
[Abstract]:According to the professional attributes of teachers and students, the system of professional tutors is to give full play to the professional advantages of professional teachers in the process of cultivating innovative talents, and to divide students into the names of professional teachers.
