【摘要】：2016年,我國電影票房未達樂觀預期,增速明顯放緩,資本市場亂象頻出。2017年,我國實施首部電影類法令——電影產(chǎn)業(yè)促進法,鼓勵金融機構(gòu)參與電影項目的市場化運作,以助推影視金融行業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。在電影產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷市場調(diào)整、政策調(diào)控的關鍵時期,電影項目高投入、高風險的投資行為更需理性決斷,風險管控顯得尤為重要,市場迫切需要科學、嚴謹又兼顧藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作規(guī)律的評估體系,對電影項目進行有效的商業(yè)評估與創(chuàng)意管理。本文從建立電影風控體系的指標選擇和評估方法兩個維度進行分析研究。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's film box office did not reach optimistic expectations, the growth rate slowed obviously, and the capital market became chaotic. In 2017, China implemented the first film law, the Film Industry Promotion Law, to encourage financial institutions to participate in the market-oriented operation of film projects. In order to promote the sound development of film and television finance industry. In the key period of market adjustment and policy control in the film industry, the high investment of film project and the high risk investment behavior need rational decision, the risk control is especially important, and the market urgently needs science. Rigorous and balanced art creation evaluation system, effective commercial evaluation and creative management of film projects. This paper analyzes and studies the index selection and evaluation method of establishing the film wind control system.
