【摘要】：2016年,我國電影票房未達(dá)樂觀預(yù)期,增速明顯放緩,資本市場亂象頻出。2017年,我國實(shí)施首部電影類法令——電影產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)法,鼓勵金融機(jī)構(gòu)參與電影項目的市場化運(yùn)作,以助推影視金融行業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。在電影產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷市場調(diào)整、政策調(diào)控的關(guān)鍵時期,電影項目高投入、高風(fēng)險的投資行為更需理性決斷,風(fēng)險管控顯得尤為重要,市場迫切需要科學(xué)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)又兼顧藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作規(guī)律的評估體系,對電影項目進(jìn)行有效的商業(yè)評估與創(chuàng)意管理。本文從建立電影風(fēng)控體系的指標(biāo)選擇和評估方法兩個維度進(jìn)行分析研究。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's film box office did not reach optimistic expectations, the growth rate slowed obviously, and the capital market became chaotic. In 2017, China implemented the first film law, the Film Industry Promotion Law, to encourage financial institutions to participate in the market-oriented operation of film projects. In order to promote the sound development of film and television finance industry. In the key period of market adjustment and policy control in the film industry, the high investment of film project and the high risk investment behavior need rational decision, the risk control is especially important, and the market urgently needs science. Rigorous and balanced art creation evaluation system, effective commercial evaluation and creative management of film projects. This paper analyzes and studies the index selection and evaluation method of establishing the film wind control system.
