【摘要】：好萊塢電影業(yè)拼盤融資模式具體指好萊塢電影制片機(jī)構(gòu)采取的一種綜合型融資模式,它以一部以上的電影作標(biāo)的,以優(yōu)先債務(wù)融資、股權(quán)融資、夾層融資等具體形式的"拼盤"向私人或機(jī)構(gòu)投資者融資。該模式既可做到使制片方獲得中長期款項(xiàng)、增大融資成功可能性、實(shí)現(xiàn)繼續(xù)融資,又可使投資方增大投資成功可能性、降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對我國電影業(yè)而言,拼盤融資模式能解決現(xiàn)存問題,而從我國法律法規(guī)、政策導(dǎo)向以及與金融資本對接的形勢等方面看,該模式在我國發(fā)展具有可行性。但是,在操作時(shí)要注意控制成本、關(guān)注投資方狀況。
[Abstract]:The Hollywood film industry chulley financing mode specifically refers to a comprehensive financing mode adopted by the Hollywood film producer, which is marked by more than one film, and financing the private or institutional investors in a specific form of "Puzzle", such as priority debt financing, equity financing, and interlayer financing. To increase the possibility of financing success and achieve continuous financing, the investment side can increase the possibility of successful investment and reduce the risk. For China's film industry, the pattern of the chal financing can solve the existing problems, and the model is developed in China from the aspects of China's laws and regulations, policy orientation and the situation of docking with financial capital. Feasibility. However, in operation, we should pay attention to cost control and pay attention to investor status.
