【摘要】：盜版電影的傳播不僅對(duì)電影行業(yè)造成了巨大損失,而且從社會(huì)道德層面也有損于社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。以計(jì)劃行為理論與道德理論作為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合中國(guó)獨(dú)特的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,針對(duì)日益猖獗的盜版電影廣泛傳播這一現(xiàn)象,構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型并加以驗(yàn)證。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:感知收益、對(duì)電影質(zhì)量的要求以及態(tài)度等個(gè)人因素對(duì)觀看盜版電影這一行為都產(chǎn)生巨大影響;從傳播途徑而言,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的傳播屬性同樣有助于盜版電影的傳播;但是,社會(huì)層面的法律制度以及相應(yīng)的懲罰措施并沒(méi)有對(duì)觀看盜版電影產(chǎn)生明顯的遏制作用。這些結(jié)論啟示管理層應(yīng)該從適當(dāng)?shù)姆较騺?lái)打擊盜版電影這一不良現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The spread of pirated films has not only caused great losses to the film industry, but also harmed the healthy development of society from the social moral level. Based on the theory of planned behavior and moral theory, combined with China's unique network environment, In view of the widespread spread of the increasingly rampant pirated films, a structural equation model is constructed and verified. The empirical results show that perceived returns, Personal factors, such as requirements on film quality and attitude, have a huge impact on watching pirated films; in terms of the way of transmission, the properties of the network also contribute to the spread of pirated films; however, The legal system in the social level and the corresponding punishment measures have no obvious deterrent effect on watching pirated movies. These conclusions suggest that the management should combat the bad phenomenon of pirated films from the appropriate direction.
