【摘要】：正2016年11月7日,媒體報(bào)道了南京多家影院映前廣告居然多達(dá)19條、時(shí)長12分鐘的消息。隨后南京市民戴女士針對四川盧米埃影業(yè)有限公司南京綠地分公司濫播映前廣告的行為提請?jiān)V訟。最近,這起針對映前廣告的訴訟正式判決,南京鼓樓區(qū)人民法院判定,被告構(gòu)成對原告知情權(quán)的侵犯,責(zé)令被告對原告進(jìn)行書面道歉并承擔(dān)案件受理費(fèi)用。(《揚(yáng)子晚報(bào)》,9月25日)戴女士所購電影票票面標(biāo)注的電影播放時(shí)間是當(dāng)天的20時(shí)45分,但是盧米埃影城一直播放廣告直至20時(shí)52分才開始播放正片。去過電影院的人很多都有過類似戴女士的遭遇。
