一、票據(jù)類匯票，，bill of exchange,簡(jiǎn)稱draft或者bill，是國(guó)際貨款結(jié)算中使用最多的票據(jù)。本票，promissory note，中國(guó)的票據(jù)法中國(guó)所說的本票是指銀行本票。支票，cheque,check,二、匯付和托收匯付remittance,分為電匯telegraphic trasfer或者T/T、信匯mail transfer,M/T、票匯remittance by banker's demand draft,D/D.三、托收collection跟單托收的種類：1.付款交單documents against payment,D/P，根據(jù)付款交單的時(shí)間不同分為D/P at sight或者D/P after sight.2.承兌交單documents against acceptance,簡(jiǎn)稱D/A.四、賒賬open account---O/A1.國(guó)際保理factoring,2.出口信用保險(xiǎn)export credit insurance五、信用證letter of credit,L/C跟單信用證documentary credit,光票信用證clean credit,可撤銷信用證revocable L/C,不可撤銷信用證irrevocable L/C，保兌信用證confirmed L/C，非保兌信用證uncomfirmed L/C，即期付款信用證sight payment L/C,延期付款信用證deferred L/,承兌信用證acceptance L/C,議付信用證negotiation L/C,即期信用證sight L/C,遠(yuǎn)期信用鎮(zhèn)time L/C,usance L/C,可轉(zhuǎn)讓信用證transferable L/C,不可轉(zhuǎn)讓信用證untransferable L/C，循環(huán)信用證revolving L/C(自動(dòng)循環(huán)信用證automatic revolving,半自動(dòng)循環(huán)信用證semi-automatic revolving,非自動(dòng)循環(huán)信用證non-automatic revolving,可積累使用信用證cumulative,不可積累使用信用證non-cumulative),對(duì)開信用證reciprocal L/C,對(duì)背信用證back-to-back L/C，預(yù)支信用證anticipatory L/C,當(dāng)?shù)匦庞米Clocal L/C.目前，我暫時(shí)收集到以上資料，希望對(duì)大家能有點(diǎn)作用，有不對(duì)的地方請(qǐng)批評(píng)指正。
