本次研究的內(nèi)容對(duì)于四輪轂電機(jī)獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)的電動(dòng)汽車?yán)迷偕苿?dòng)進(jìn)行差速轉(zhuǎn)向控制。就是利用再生制動(dòng)的方法對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車四個(gè)輪子進(jìn)行控制,使其以不同的速度轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車的差速轉(zhuǎn)向,在差速轉(zhuǎn)向的同時(shí)對(duì)制動(dòng)的能量進(jìn)行回收利用。在研究中設(shè)計(jì)了汽車的實(shí)驗(yàn)車,配套設(shè)計(jì)了電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和用于再生制動(dòng)研究的雙閥值追蹤差速轉(zhuǎn)向的控制方案。

本文中詳細(xì)探討了差速轉(zhuǎn)向的電控驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)控制設(shè)計(jì),提出了主控制器和伺服分控制器相結(jié)合的控制方法;诓钏俎D(zhuǎn)向原理和力學(xué)知識(shí),我們?cè)敿?xì)探討了差速轉(zhuǎn)向的詳細(xì)方案設(shè)計(jì),并且對(duì)其進(jìn)行了仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,,車輛控制的算法準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤,控制方法科學(xué)合理。
