摘 要

隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展，各個行業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈，當然在人口快速增長的同時，對建筑業(yè)的需求也越來越高，施工企業(yè)的壓力和競爭也與日俱增。施工企業(yè)由于所需要做的工程的復(fù)雜性，所以必須從多方面來適應(yīng)并且降低成本及風險。風險和成本部分由于涉及到多個不確定的因素，所以一般施工企業(yè)普遍會存在高成本、低利潤、高風險的問題。
本文旨在對施工公司施工的成本和特點進行詳細的研究分析，論證整個施工過程當中可能出現(xiàn)的風險性因素再利用風險管理原理對施工過程中的風險進行分析，并且針對風險這一因素的識別、評估、處理、監(jiān)控過程進行分析研究。

Abstract

With China's openness to international markets and the rapid development of the construction industry, construction companies are facing fierce competition in the market. Due to the long duration of the project, most big investment, participation, organization factors such as complex, the construction enterprises in the course of project implementation from beginning to end in the changing physical and social environment, facing all kinds of construction cost risk. Risk management elements of cost of engineering cost due to various factors of uncertainty, resulting in construction enterprise of high implementation costs and low profits, exhibition engineering cost of construction project risk management is highly desirable.

Based on the composition and characteristics of engineering cost analysis demonstrates the project implementation process there may be a risk factor. Application of risk management principles, combined with the characteristics of the project, presented the basic method for project risk analysis, and risk identification, risk assessment, risk management and risk monitoring, risk management process was studied.

1 引言

工程造價風險管理這個項目有著非常悠久的研究歷史，并且逐漸地發(fā)展演化為了一個學科類的項目。在這段長時間的探究道路上，人們通過堅持不懈的研究，且將這些研究應(yīng)用于實踐當中，，這都是非常成功的探究成果。這些已有的成果對于全世界建筑業(yè)甚至是全世界的經(jīng)濟情況都有非常積極的推動作用，我國通過研究已有的成果和國內(nèi)外的實踐經(jīng)驗以求促進我國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，推動我國經(jīng)濟。在當下這個信息社會當中要想創(chuàng)造財富那必須是通過項目的開發(fā)而不再是守舊的生產(chǎn)活動了。由于項目的開發(fā)時一個十分復(fù)雜的活動，而這個活動中涉及到的關(guān)鍵性因素都具有強烈的不確定性，所以對工程造價風險管理的研究項目就顯得非常有必要了。

結(jié)論

施工造價風險管理制度的實質(zhì)就是在保證工程完美完工的情況下盡可能對施工過程當中的所有相關(guān)支出進行控制，盡可能地降低整個工程的風險和成本，這是一種極為科學地管理方式，它主要依靠技術(shù)和經(jīng)管手段來達到其主要的目的。施工項目造價風險管理系統(tǒng)是一種先進的管理系統(tǒng)，運用一系列相關(guān)的手段與方法將施工過程當中的價格風險進行控制和指導(dǎo)，對企業(yè)降低成本和風險有著非常明顯的作用。
本文著重研究了施工造價風險管理系統(tǒng)的運行原理，并且將之與實踐結(jié)合，貫穿到整個施工全過程當中，每一個環(huán)節(jié)都離不開此系統(tǒng)，從施工開始到最后施工的結(jié)束，系統(tǒng)看似一直在間歇性地做著重復(fù)的事情，但那確實能夠為施工企業(yè)帶來巨大的利益。此系統(tǒng)的一般運行過程為：對對價格風險管理的預(yù)測、計劃、控制 、核算。在現(xiàn)代建筑工程項目中有著舉足輕重的地位。
