摘 要 在去年金融危機(jī)的影響下，汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重組給汽車的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇，，與汽車相關(guān)的各行各業(yè)更加注重汽車的質(zhì)量。差速器作為汽車必不可少的組成部分之一也在汽車市場(chǎng)上產(chǎn)生了激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。此次就是針對(duì)汽車差速器這一零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)安裝在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的兩個(gè)半軸之間的差速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，主要涉及到了差速器非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件如齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，同時(shí)也介紹了差速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差速器的種類。對(duì)于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡(jiǎn)略的說(shuō)明。在設(shè)計(jì)中參考了大量的文獻(xiàn)，因此對(duì)差速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用有了更透徹的了解。再設(shè)計(jì)出合理適用的差速器的同時(shí)也對(duì)差速器相關(guān)的行業(yè)有了一定得認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)繪制差速器的組件圖也讓我在學(xué)習(xí)方面得到了提高。 關(guān)鍵詞：半軸、差速器、齒輪結(jié)構(gòu) Abstract In the last year under the impact of financial crisis, automotive industrial restructuring brought about by the development of motor vehicles to new opportunities, and automotive related businesses pay more attention to the quality of cars.
