【摘要】:無線電能傳輸技術(shù)是當(dāng)前最活躍的研究方向之一,在小型電子設(shè)備、電動(dòng)交通工具、植入性醫(yī)療等方面具有非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展空間。近幾年,無線電能傳輸技術(shù)無論是在創(chuàng)新研究還是在應(yīng)用推廣上都有很大的發(fā)展。本文主要內(nèi)容是磁耦合共振式無線電能傳輸裝置研究以及小功率充電應(yīng)用,在調(diào)研國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別用耦合模式理論和電路理論對磁耦合共振式無線電能傳輸技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理和傳輸特性進(jìn)行分析,然后利用仿真軟件HFSS建立磁共振式收發(fā)天線模型,對幾種傳輸狀態(tài)以及各元件參數(shù)對傳輸性能的影響進(jìn)行仿真分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對無線電能傳輸收發(fā)天線進(jìn)行改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)出平面集成式0.3 mm厚度的緊湊型無線能量收發(fā)天線和基于同軸結(jié)構(gòu)的高效收發(fā)天線。平面集成式收發(fā)天線,尺寸12cm×12cm×0.03 cm,工作頻率159 MHz。當(dāng)傳輸距離為1 cm時(shí)得到的傳輸效率最大75.8%。當(dāng)距離為15 cm時(shí)傳輸效率為61%。平面集成式收發(fā)天線的特點(diǎn)是傳輸距離較長、低成本、易集成。同軸結(jié)構(gòu)收發(fā)天線,尺寸12 cm×12 cm×1 cm,工作頻率15.12 MHz。當(dāng)傳輸距離在5 cm以內(nèi)時(shí),效率在90%以上;距離與諧振線圈直徑相等即d=12 cm時(shí),效率為63%;當(dāng)距離為18 cm,1.5倍直徑時(shí),效率為52.48%。同軸結(jié)構(gòu)收發(fā)天線的特點(diǎn)是傳輸效率高,損耗小,而且是距離越近效率越高,若是采用直徑更小的同軸電纜,則電路尺寸可進(jìn)一步縮小。實(shí)驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的收發(fā)天線有良好的性能。最后完成了磁耦合共振式無線充電整個(gè)系統(tǒng)包括無線傳能電路、發(fā)射電路與接收電路的設(shè)計(jì),并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)對手機(jī)無線充電。本研究對于磁耦合共振技術(shù)在實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用和設(shè)計(jì)方法有重要的意義,對改善系統(tǒng)性能、提高傳輸效率方面也有一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Wireless transmission technology is one of the most active research directions in current, small electronic devices, electric vehicles, has a very broad application prospects and development of implantable medical and so on. In recent years, wireless power transmission technology has great development both in research and innovation in the application and popularization of the main content of this paper. The magnetic coupling resonance of radio transmission device and small power charging applications, based on the research of related literature at home and abroad, respectively on the magnetic coupling resonance principle and transmission characteristics of wireless power transmission technology is analyzed using coupled mode theory and circuit theory, and then establish the magnetic resonant antenna model using simulation software HFSS and carries on the simulation analysis of the influence of several parameters on the transmission state and transmission performance, on the basis of the radio transmission delivery day The line is improved, the out of plane design integrated 0.3 mm thickness of the compact wireless transceiver antenna and transceiver based on energy efficient antenna coaxial structure. Planar integrated antenna, the size of 12cm * 12cm * 0.03 cm, the working frequency of 159 MHz. when the transmission distance is 1 cm when the transmission efficiency was the biggest when the distance is 75.8%. characteristics 15 cm when the transmission efficiency of 61%. planar integrated antenna is a long transmission distance, low cost, easy integration. Coaxial antenna, the size of 12 cm * 12 cm * 1 cm, the working frequency of 15.12 MHz. when the transmission distance is less than 5 cm, efficiency is more than 90%; and that distance is equal to the diameter of the resonant coil d=12 cm, the efficiency is 63%; when the distance is 18 cm, 1.5 times the diameter, the efficiency for the 52.48%. antenna coaxial structure is characterized by high transmission efficiency, low loss, and is closer to the higher the efficiency, if using coaxial cable diameter smaller, The circuit size can be further reduced. Experimental results show that the antenna design has good performance. Finally the magnetic coupling resonance wireless charging system includes the wireless transmission circuit, the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit design, and through experimental verification, the mobile phone wireless charging. This research is important significance for the application and design method of coupled magnetic resonance technology in practice, to improve the performance of the system also has a certain contribution to improve the transmission efficiency.
