【摘要】：桑德拉·黑爾所著的《法庭口譯研究:律師、證人及口譯員的話語(yǔ)實(shí)踐》一書是關(guān)于法庭口譯研究的學(xué)術(shù)著作。該書作者依據(jù)法庭聽(tīng)審錄音,從語(yǔ)用學(xué)及話語(yǔ)分析的角度分析了律師、證人及口譯員在法庭中的話語(yǔ)特點(diǎn)。本書的翻譯是以團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的形式完成,譯者有幸成為其中一員,負(fù)責(zé)本書第六章的翻譯。國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)法庭口譯的學(xué)術(shù)著作較為罕見(jiàn),平行文本難以獲取,因此本項(xiàng)翻譯任務(wù)頗具挑戰(zhàn)性,譯者從中受益匪淺。譯者以李克興和張新紅提出的法律翻譯五大原則,即準(zhǔn)確性及精確性、一致性及同一性、清晰及簡(jiǎn)練、專業(yè)化、語(yǔ)言規(guī)范化為翻譯指導(dǎo)原則,在導(dǎo)師及其他譯員的幫助下,通過(guò)查閱字典及參考文獻(xiàn)等方式解決了翻譯過(guò)程中面臨的一些難題。本報(bào)告分為四個(gè)部分:翻譯項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介,翻譯過(guò)程描述,案例分析以及報(bào)告結(jié)論。通過(guò)對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程的分析,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)分析原文文本對(duì)于選擇翻譯策略尤為重要。此外,譯者還發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于翻譯合作項(xiàng)目而言,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,包括提取術(shù)語(yǔ),統(tǒng)一譯文及格式,設(shè)置翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以保證翻譯質(zhì)量都是至關(guān)重要的。最后,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)收集和比較統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)于確定適當(dāng)?shù)姆g原則,分析修改原因等有重要意義,能夠使譯文更權(quán)威,以便更好地滿足客戶要求。
[Abstract]:Sandra Hale's study of Court interpretation: the discourse practice of lawyers, witnesses and interpreters is an academic work on the study of court interpretation. Based on the court hearing recordings, the author analyzes the discourse characteristics of lawyers, witnesses and interpreters in court from the perspective of pragmatics and discourse analysis. The translation of this book is completed in the form of teamwork, and the translator is lucky enough to be one of them, responsible for the translation of Chapter 6 of the book. Domestic academic works on court interpretation are rare and parallel texts are difficult to obtain, so this translation task is challenging and translators benefit a lot from it. The translator uses the five principles of legal translation put forward by Li Kexing and Zhang Xinhong, namely, accuracy and accuracy, consistency and identity, clarity and simplicity, specialization and language standardization, as the guiding principles of translation. With the help of mentors and other interpreters, some difficulties in the process of translation are solved by consulting dictionaries and references. This report is divided into four parts: a brief introduction to the translation project, a description of the translation process, a case study and the conclusions of the report. Through the analysis of the translation process, the translator finds that the analysis of the original text is particularly important for the choice of translation strategies. In addition, translators also find that teamwork, including extracting terminology, unifying translation and format, and setting translation standards to ensure translation quality, is very important for translation cooperation projects. Finally, the translator finds that the collection and comparison of statistical data is of great significance to determine the appropriate translation principles and analyze the reasons for modification, so as to make the translation more authoritative in order to better meet the requirements of customers.
