【摘要】：本翻譯實踐報告以彼得·紐馬克的交際翻譯為理論指導(dǎo),翻譯了《通俗新疆史》(第五章、第七章)。該書由管守新教授與萬雪玉教授主持編寫。該書比較系統(tǒng)地闡述了新疆的發(fā)展歷史、文化、風(fēng)俗等。本報告分為五個部分。第一章主要介紹了翻譯項目及作者;第二章為翻譯過程,分為譯前準備、翻譯過程及譯本校改;第三章為該報告的理論依據(jù)—交際翻譯;第四章為翻譯案例分析,分別從詞匯、句法、篇章與文化四個層面闡述該理論在譯本翻譯過程中的指導(dǎo)作用,以提升譯者的翻譯能力并譯出易于讀者理解的譯文;第五章為翻譯實踐報告總結(jié),總結(jié)了筆者在此次翻譯實踐中的收獲與體會。交際翻譯是英國翻譯理論家彼得·紐馬克提出的兩種翻譯模式之一,其目的是“努力使譯文對目的語讀者所產(chǎn)生的效果與原文對源語讀者所產(chǎn)生的效果相同”。(Newmark,1988:22)該翻譯實踐報告以紐馬克的交際翻譯為理論指導(dǎo),使人們對新疆的歷史、文化、地域與民俗風(fēng)情有了較深的了解和認識。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of Peter Newmark's communicative translation, this report has translated the popular History of Xinjiang (Chapter 5, Chapter 7). The book is written by Professor Guan Shouxin and Professor Wan Xueyu. The book systematically describes Xinjiang's development history, culture, customs and so on. The report is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the translation project and the author, the second chapter is the translation process, which is divided into the pre-translation preparation, the translation process and the revision of the translation, the third chapter is the theoretical basis of the report-communicative translation; Chapter four is a case study of translation, which explains the guiding role of the theory in the process of translation from the lexical, syntactic, textual and cultural levels, in order to improve the translator's translation ability and make the translation easier for readers to understand. Chapter five is the summary of translation practice report, which summarizes the author's experience in translation practice. Communicative translation is one of the two translation models put forward by English translation theorist Peter Newmark, whose aim is to "try to make the target text have the same effect on the target language reader as the original text has on the source language reader". (Newmark, The translation practice report, guided by Newmark's communicative translation, gives people a deeper understanding of Xinjiang's history, culture, region and customs.
